The duvet was rather small, didn’t quite cover the bed, battle of the duvet! Also whilst there was tea and coffee in the room, there was no milk

The beauty of the grounds here is wonderful. The staff was exceptional in all areas. We especially appreciated the housekeeping staff. The rest of the staff were also so friendly kind. The bar tenders are talented in presentation and the creation all of their drinks and were very helpful with all of our questions about local drinks. It is a very easy walk through a beautifully kept park to Old Town Torun. The breakfast was beyond anything we could imagine. Many different offerings in several locations. Local foods, international foods, several fresh vegetable and fruit choices. The friendly staff kept things clean and comfortable at all times. The in-house beauty salon is run by exceptional beauticians Exceptional for groups, and very comfortable for individuals. Wonderful all around.

We initially parked outside, spaces very light (we only have normal size car) We asked at reception, and advised we could park underground carpark. slightly dearer, but felt safer.

At check in we should have been offered a complimentary glass of wine but had to ask for it and then had to explain the offer to staff at the desk .If you are going to make an offer of a complimentary drink ,it would be nice to be offered it at check in . The bed was a great size and comfortable but the duvet was too small for the bed so we ended up fighting for the duvet during the night .Car parking is an expensive extra .

For a hotel, we found the bar shut relatively early, usually hotel bars remain open later for guests

the bed is very comfortable however the pillows and bedding is very poor. I did ask for firmer pillows and the hotel supplied a good selection however, the bedding is a very important part of any stay in any hotel. if others have mentioned the same then the hotel should look to improve.

this is my third time at the Copernicus and I’ve already booked again for next year. love the restaurant, the pool and the facilities.

We didn't have any milk in the room for tea etc.

We liked the location which meant that we were able to walk everywhere. It was great to sit in the bar for dinner. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.

There was no tissues in the room, no hair conditioner, just shampoo which was also a body wash, no body lotion. I'd expect these things to be available in a 4 start hotel. Low pressure in the shower.

Very big room. Comfortable big bed. Few minutes walk to the old town. Nice leisure area with swimming pool and 3 different types of sauna. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Nice staff.
