door broken, code didn't work, lots of people in one "flat" - ukrainian guests shouting at me to hurry and not use too much hot water when i was showering. lack of privacy. construction materials everywhere. the entrance didn't work - every time i wanted to enter the building i (and a bunch of other people) had to wait for someone leaving.

Bathroom and toilet - those are two old relics in this apartment. Also host didn't provide towels or mentioned that they won't be provided. It's also a noisy spot next to the tram line.

The noise of traffic and trams, a little short bed, and there were also very loud neighbors who stayed up all night.

In general, the room is good for one night stay, located 3 minutes walk from the central square and bus stop.

The building itself is quite old and needs some renovation. As it was stated there were no towels, so it is important to remember about that. The water in the toilet is running all the time and needs to be fixed. The view outside the window is not nice - plenty of butts on the roof.

The main advantage of this accommodation is its location in the very centre of Krakow. It was ease to get the key without meeting the host, since he provided information in the message. The flat is situated in the second floor with shared kitchen and bathroom. Is has a refregerator, microwave oven and electric kettle. It was quiet. If you need to stay for a couple of days without extra comfort then this place is OK.

Malfunctioning faucet in the bathroom, in the morning the power went off, I don't know why. All of the doors were old amd heavy and it was hard to open them. It was okay for one night.

The escape room game in finding the keys was great :) We really enjoyed it, it was exciting.

It was extremely loud. The old locks in the doors with, big heavy keys made a lot of noise. There were many rooms and we've heard other people going in and out old the time, especially at night. It was impossible not to wake up. The room was also extremely bright in the morning, and the window cover didn't help at all.

The noise from other rooms and guests talking late and loud in the kitchen. The staff repainted the shower room wall without prior notice. The irritating, unpleasant and toxic smell got into my room non-stop. They only told the guests that happened to be in the kitchen that we had to use the shower in another flat. Only around 16, they contacted us on the app chat regarding the access of the shower without any apologies. I had to leave the hotel bc of the smell. I contacted the hotel via chat, email and sms to request refund for my unused stay BC of the unlivable room condition. No one replied.

too loudly, both from the street and from inside of apartments from neighbors. Big windows without curtains, so in the night and in the mornings it is too much light. Tram in the street is too loud so it is almost impossible to sleep at night. Doors are not secure

The communication with the host. I notified him on the first night that the main building door wouldnt open with the code he provided and he never replied. I had to wait for someone else to exit the building. Definitely the worst host I've interacted with. The facilities are in a way worse condition than what you see in the pictures. There were no towels!
