Everyone, especially the reception staff, was very kind and respectful. Even if you come in the summer season like me, it is possible to get personal space here, it has a balcony and a modest garden. As far as I have observed in a few days, when you come to Chili, you will be a guest in a quiet accommodation atmosphere, not with many floors and dozens of rooms like others.

Bathroom was slightly messy and sinks were dirty, maybe because I came in very close to closing time. Some noise from trams. but accepted and expected given the area. Hoping there was a way to keep the fan on on low, independently from the room light.

Good location, nice beds, complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Good TV signal, nice hot water in the shower. Bed was soft and comfy, covers were not excessively warm. There is a fridge with drinks for purchase in the reception.

- the bathrooms were in overall clean but the gap between the shower doors and the floor or on the toilet cabine were a bit uncomfortable

- very close from two train stations and very close to the city centre - 24 hours supermarket just around the corner - staff was very friendly - room was clean and quiet - very good price deal

Mixed-gender shared bathroom with rather wide gaps in the toilet and shower stalls, to be honest I didn't feel very safe in there as a young woman.

Sizeable and clean dormitory, comfortable beds with two sockets each, kettle with supplies for hot drinks, lockers with locks provided. Washing machine, iron, drying rack and hairdryer in the bathroom. Fridge in the hallway. Exceptionally friendly staff. Very close to a tram stop, but it's not too loud at night. Great value for the price.

- it was cold in the room during evenings and nights (outside was approx. - 10°C) even though the heater was turned on (still not working the best). The reception lady (very nice person!) gave me an extra blanket so it was a little bit better. Nevertheless, the hostel should take more care of heating especially during winter - there is no kitchen - no breakfast option - rooms can't be closed so everyone can enter shared rooms (I'm talking mainly about aspects of nights). I would feel safer if I could lock even a shared room from inside

Clean room, facilities and nice stuff. They replied my questions very quickly. The hostel was near the tra stop so it was easy to access the city center. You can even walk which I did, it took me about 40mins.

Very tiny. I am a tall guy and the bedroom was a bit suffocating for me. My bed wasn't confirmable. Abd there is no kitchen.

the chek in time was 17:00. the room was not big enough you can't even place your big suitcase easily and not as clean as the hallway

the accomodation was clean and the location is also good for people who already stay in the main area for a few days for a change.

machine dryers weren’t available & the shower door(s) couldn’t completely prevent the water from seeping out onto the floor when taking a shower. other than that it was pleasant.

the lockers were optimal and featured a key for personal keep, the staff provided me with a key to use for the front doors as well for when i was out at night. the rentable towels were pleasant and the place was tidy and clean.

The fridge in the hostel was small and the kitchen facilities were not enough.

The staff were very friendly, and the hostel was very clean. There was a balcony, which I very much liked. We had free coffee and tea as well.

There are some permanent guests in this hostel and they are kinda weird . I also got to save a life of some sick guy from Finland by calling the ambulance. No one in the hostel seemed to care for the fact that he was dying there.

Very nice clients in this hostel, I had fun talking to people.

Breakfast is just tea/coffee in the room, it was a simple hostel so wasn't expecting much. Construction work downstairs starts quite early in the morning. Tram can be quite loud in the morning. Get into bed early if you want some sleep. Staff is not there most of the time. Would be good if they can leave a towel on the bed for the 1st evening.

Generally quite clean. Good price. Good powerful shower. Not too far from the tram stop. Nice traditional Polish milk bar nearby. Supermarket nearby.
