Very little to complain about.

The location is superb. It couldn’t be anymore central. I liked the Automatic doors at the entrance from a hygiene purpose. The decor is very classy. The best of everything.

Parking was a short distance away, but this is your best expected in the center of town. It didn’t bother us at all, and one of the staff would park the car for us if we wanted.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right beside the Wawel Castle and stepping directly into the Old Town. We were visiting for my daughter’s birthday and they graciously let me send a birthday parcel to the hotel before our arrival. There was also a little ‘Happy Birthday’ card in her room. We arrived very early and had planned just to park the car and drop off our bags, but our rooms were ready! We were able to get in early, which was lovely as it was raining. The reception staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. It’s such a fun hotel!

We just felt the hotel needed a comfy sofa area to sit and chat with friends after a day out touring around the city. Somewhere where we could enjoy a drink together and chill out. Also the air conditioning units outside our bedroom window were noisy through the night. The view from our room was meant to be over the courtyard but I think we got the back of the kitchen store.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff, super location , breakfast was lovely and breakfast staff amazing. Rooms beautifully clean and receptionists all super helpful. This hotel is a little diamond .

The bed. We found it too firm and the pillows far too thin. Only when we gave the hotel feedback at the end of the trip did they tell us there was a pillow menu. We did order more pillows but firmer pillows would have been better.

The staff were polite and attentive. It was warm and cosy and well maintained. The restaurant was amazing! For foodies who appreciate a fine dining experience this hotel restaurant “Fiorentina” delivers. Even their breakfast was exceptional. We will surely return.

The pillows were not very plump, one large and one very small one each but they did provide 2 larger ones upon request. The room was way too hot which really impacted our sleep. We opened the window as much as we could for the whole stay and turned off the under floor heating in the bathroom but the radiator in the bedroom stayed on.

The interior was beautiful and our meal in the restaurant was one of the best we’ve ever had. The location was also perfect.

Only 3 criticisms: 1. The towels were tiny (I am a slight 5’3’’ woman, and they were tiny on me!) 2. There was only one pillow on the bed, another would have been perfect 3. The air on couldn’t be set below 19 degrees which was too hot at night

Top-notch boutique hotel. Very central but hidden from loud bars. Amazing attention to detail. Attentive staff. Beautifully decorated with everything you'd need. High quality breakfast.

An amazing location between the Old Town, The Castle and the Jewish Quarter. The staff were all wonderfully welcoming. You MUST eat in the Restaurant on at least one evening as it is superb.

If I am being picky the shower head could have been better.

The hotel was exceptional, everything from location, the decor, the room and the team. The resteraunts they suggest were outstanding and for the quality of the food very reasonably priced. Pub food prices for top quality.
