No tea/coffee making facilities in the room although they were available from the dining area in the basement but in the evening there was no water to fill the jug/kettle and the coffee machine was not working at breakfast time as it needed emptied and despite knocking on the kitchen doors no staff were around to rectify this.

Great location, easy walk to explore the old parts of the city. Lovely, very clean room. Good range of breakfast food items.

Great location, loved our stay in Szczecin. Breakfast for us was a bit different as we are not used to the European food. In saying that there was plenty to eat with a huge variety to choose found. No tea or coffee in rooms but was solved by just going down to the restaurant whenever you wanted. We had a balcony so was lovely sitting out there in the afternoon with a glass of vino.

Noisy family opposite me.

Solo traveller, just came to Szczecin for surgery the next day. Receptionist Monica, ordered food for me to be delivered as it had been a long day of travelling. Nothing was too much bother. Perfect.

The star rating SHOULD better reflect the high quality rooms , cleanliness and service and food, this is is not a 3 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination , 4 or 4.5 would be much fairer a reward for their hard work.

The breakfast was probably the best I have had in Poland , lots of choice ,very clean kitchen which you can see, staff nothing is too much for them . This hotel is under rated, even my friends who visited me said so.

Although my room was very clean, there were a couple of spiders in the corners. Thankfully, these were the fragile slow-moving ones and were not large or black.

My room was very clean and spacious. I liked the elegant historic style. I was very relieved to be able to borrow an adaptor from the front desk.

There are pretty loud parties happening in the hotels' backyard that go sometimes after midnight. I found it not very comfortable. Our room only had a very small window.

The hotel is located in the nice Villa from the late 19th century in the city center of Szczecin. The location is offering a lot of restaurants and activities. The hotel personnel is very friendly and helpful.

There was an entertainment centre next door with noisy music on in the evening. The room would benefit from sound proofing, as some rooms are! But I fell asleep anyway! However the entertainment centre does cook pizzas on the spot and other foods that you pay for on the site! A cocktail and drinks bar there too!

The room was lovely, shower great, bed comfortable, tv, and a small veranda to sit outside for a drink and a smoke (no smoking in the room) and well laid out. Breakfast was included in the price and plenty to eat and drink. Staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel is very good value for money and would definitely stay here again!!

An elegant building which is beautifully maintained .Szczecin center with lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Our spacious room with high ceiling, was at the front of hotel had a large veranda which was nice for relaxing with a drink. The hotel mentions on it's website noise from the bar next door to the back of the building. We visited this and found it a nice place for a drink and snack. The hotel staff are wonderful and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a pleasent stay. Including preparing a surprising take away breakfast for our very early morning train.
