We had an appartment on groundfloor and there was lower water pressure in the shower, but was managable

Very bad WiFi connection and TV signal

Wellness is now extended and really nice. New jacuzzi and resting area is nice addition. Several nice restaurants on the hill above the hotel. Close to ski options for kids.

The only issue we had with the accommodation was the WiFi, is was very poor and went down a few times over our stay. Not just in our room but everywhere in the building. This is the only reason I have not given full marks in every section.

Really close to the ski, very comfortable and very clean. The apartment was spotless clean and well equipped to cater for our family of 4.plenty if space and great views from the balconies.

Wellness and spa area was really good. Small, but beautiful and relaxed ❤️ location is good. It is 30 minutes by walk from train station. My room was clean and I had everything I needed in this room. I could prepare meals by myself in room, so this was very helpful. I ate breakfast and it was very good too. The staff were nice and friendly.

The pool is very nice but quite small. It was not a problem this time, as we traveled out of season, but it got crowded when other 3 couples came to spend their evening there and so we left. The instructionsfor the use of the jacuzzi was nowehere to be found, I assume you have to ask about it at the reception. We did not know about the jacuzzi and therefore did not use it. Another small thing was that the water in the upstairs bathroom was quite cold when i wated to draw a bath, so I gave up on that too.

I traveled together with my family and we all had a great time in Malina Apartments. We were 6 people in total, 4adults and 2 teenagers, and there was a lot of space for everybody in the apartment we rented. It had everything needed for a 3 day get-away like ours. The facilities were nice and clean, beds very comfortable. Walking distance from the center og Szklarska Poreba and few minutes away from supermarked. We loved the pool and sauna that gave us the needed relax and relive after all day of hiking (we did 30 km on foot:D). The stay was very pleasant.

We had a Maisonette flat and the staircase was fairly slippery. I thought, that there was a playground last time. This would definitely be a good investment, as the hotel is just perfect or families.

Even after ten years it all still looks like new, we have been there before so I can compare. The breakfast has a nice variety. There was enough parking. The apartments are perfect for a family trip. The pool is especially nice.

We did encounter a few minor areas for improvement. The sauna door handle was unfortunately malfunctioning, causing a slight inconvenience. Additionally, we found it a bit disappointing that there was no cooling pool available near the sauna area, which would have been a wonderful addition to our relaxation routine. One more thing we noticed was the absence of a chair or a comfortable place to lie down after the sauna. This simple addition could have enhanced our post-sauna cooldown experience, allowing us to relax more fully.

Our recent stay at this accommodation was truly enjoyable, offering great value for the price we paid. The newly designed apartment was a highlight, providing a modern and comfortable environment that exceeded our expectations. The staff's hospitality and friendliness added a warm touch to our overall experience.

Squeaking sofa and not enough sockets in the room (just one beside the bed and two in the kitchen). The shower in the spa area was not fully functioning. Overall still great value for the money.

Great location (near a water stream, close to Kamienczyk waterfall trail, supermarket and nearby restaurants - 5-10min walk), friendly staff, spa area ( pool, sauna, bucket with cold water :-) ), fridge and kitchenette in the room, free wifi (the speed could be better though), library with interesting books.

We missed few things in the kitchen like cereal bowls ( there were just two for 4 people), tea cattle, shelves as food storage. More hooks in the bathrooms and in the rooms, more space for clothes in the rooms. But these are only little things. The accommodation was very good and we were happy there.

The Spa area was smaller than we thought and there was too much chlorine in the water unfortunately. Very thin walls and we could hear noises from the apartment above late at night and early in the morning.

Room was a good size with very comfy bed and everything you need in the apartment to spend a few days. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Good to have a spa area to relax for a little bit after a day skiing. Very close to the ski lift and a nice walk to the town centre where you can find plenty of restaurants.

Our stay was better than expected. The location was so convenient to all local amenities such us ski lifts, bars, restaurants, shops and much more. The apartment was specious and very well equipped with kitchenette, living room, bedroom, two balconies, and bathroom with wc, whb & corner bath. Sauna and swimming pool was a big bonus. Staff extremely helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend Malina Apartments!!!

Wonderful Easter holiday in a beautiful countryside. Comfy bed, spacious apartment for my little daughter and myself. Fantastic swimming-pool - we were lucky to be there alone once, and it was the most pleasant experience of our stay. We were offered tea/coffee with tasty cakes for free every afternoon. The staff at the reception was really nice. The town has a lot to offer not only to ski-lovers: plenty of attractions not only for children, delicious food, amazing nature, lovely atmosphere, friendly people... We will definitely come again!

The beds were not comfortable. The blankets are thin and short. The pillows are not comfortable too.There was construction site next to the hotel, but it was not noisy. The stream outside was absolutely beautiful, but maybe you’d want to bring earplugs.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The pool, steam room and sauna are clean and just the right size. They have pool noodles too for kids to play and shallow baby pool. We enjoyed it a lot. There is free coffee until 18.

No shower soap in the bathroom. Difficult to book breakfast, spa area massively restricted. Reception personnel not kind needed customer service training. A bit of smile will be nice.
