Not nice smell so need freshener, it should have at least a bit more cutlery( small knife for vegetables) and salt/ pepper what think should be provided .

Definitely could do with dusting, cobwebs hanging off chandelier and ceeling, new pillows/towels also badly needed. Overall was clean though. Mix up with location of entry door casued a havoc (partially my foult) clear photo of entry location would eliminate this if u walk in to the wrong one you'll have a heart attack . Top TV only had 1 chanel working (in polish) but that was a minor thing and couch was old, I'd say missing legs as was literally on the ground.

Very central location with access to public transport and shops. Beautiful restaurant outside. Good size apartment with brilliant views. All kitchen essentials provided + coffee machine with fresh coffee beans. Access to Disney + which gave us something to watch in english (despite program names being in polish) just need to change source to hdmi. Comfortable beds especially if u share with kids (2 single pushed together into double). Very responsive staff.

But if you are staying for a long time, then you should know that there is no dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. There was no light in the hallway. The apartment was not very clean

In general, we liked the stay in the apartment.We stayed for two days. Very beautiful view from the window, the rooms are warm, there are all the necessary utensils, microwave, coffee machine, iron.

Apartment IS not soundproof, you could easily hear the neighbours. Also keep in mind, AC did not have heating function, and it was quite chilly already.

Entrance is a bit tricky, we were there around 14:30, but had not yet received the entrance code and other details. There are two entrances, the right one is the one behind the bus stop.

The views were fantastic, lovely sunrises. The place was clean.

We arrived late and the instructions on how to find the right entrance (which was NOT obvious) could have been better. Also, no English speaking person was available on phone late at night. We tried to enter an entrance that had the correct address marked and indication of "apartments". Of course it was wrong, our code did not work, and once inside (by tagging along another person entering) that part of the building (the backside) turned out to be a nightmare, with graffiti everywhere inside. We got lucky and bumped into a helpful person who could translate from Polish as the only phone contact who answered did not speak English. See pictures on *correct* entrance to use. (It's the "Bank entrance" with a *tiny* sign indicating "Panorama apartments" There was no evacuation plan and no good sign for how to get out of the building in case of emergency. All apartments are on the *top* (16th) floor... The staircase exit door was not marked properly, and the smoke detector was missing inside the apartment. Bedroom had trendy "LED light" mirror effect, but was almost unusable. The curtains, hanging 5 meters high, had lectronics to operate them, but remote did not work and they were stuck half way open, so we could not close the curtains completely by hand. Annoying, but not critical.

The location was perfect for exploring both Gdansk and Sopot/Gdynia, as well as getting to/from the airport. Trams right outside and plenty of scooters in the area. The trains station for transport to Sopot/Gdynia was 500 meters away. The apartment itself was very nicely laid out, with one main room, and "sleeping loft" with three beds. (NB not full height to the ceiling, about 170cm). Spectacular view of the city from the 16th floor and the ceiling height (and windows!) were approx 5m high! Small but fresh bathroom/shower. AC worked well, even during our VERY hot stay (30-33 degrees daily) Did not try the TVs (2 were present, see pics), assume they worked. The breakfast "system" is vouchers worth 22 Zt each to the nearby AIOLI restaurant. They have no buffet but you choose from a breakfast menu (see pictures). We only got 2 vouchers per day initially, but were three people, but that was corrected when we informed our contact. The breakfast was really good, and worked for us, but might not suit everybody.

Staff didn't speak English, but we manage. You need transportation if you like to see the old town.

Room was big and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Views were great. Location was good, it was easy to travel to the old town and to the beach by tram. There were nice restaurants and a park near the apartment.

The elevator! It was horrible. And noisy. The toilet button was broken. Could have gotten a little more information at arrival and where to leave the key and such. And the breakfast system failed as there was no information about breakfast times and Aioli was closed for most of the norning the second day and didn't open early enough on the last day. So we never got to have breakfast there. There wasn't much soap left for us and we asked for more and some help with the toilet flusher, but nobody came.

The location was good The Price was allright, and the view was impeccable!! We got loads of towels wich was good and some extra toilet paoer that smelled really good. The bathroom mirror was really cool looking and the shower was huge. Really nice having a shower there. The room and apartment was pretty and looked classy. It was a really pretty apartment. Some really cool lighting.

Didn't send a code to enter the building, didn't send a code to the lockbox, no problem, I called and got the codes, small problem, code to the building didn't work, thankfully one of the residents let me in, my apartment number was 1601 on the 16th floor, big problem, the building has 15 floors (no 16th floor) and the apartments went from 1 to around 60 (I dont remember). Tried to call once, no response, second time, third time, fourth time, fifth time, no answer. Graffiti everywhere, mold, smell of urine, alcohol and drugs. They tried to call me after I filed a complaint and asked for a refund (still waiting for booking.com customer service to call back). What a joke, how is this legal?

Absolutely nothing. Avoid, its a scam.

1.Broken light in the important place (hallway, kitchen) I was washing dishes in the dark. 2.Old TV and can’t even use it. They should have google chromecast if they don’t want to buy smart TV. 3.Apartment is at the hightest floor must wait a little long to get an old elevator to serve you. 4.Always some noise (machine movement sound) you can’t sleep well at night if your ears are sensitive.

The room was very spacious and very clean and has everything you need for a short city break. The view from the balcony is amazing, getting to see beautiful Gdańsk from a different perspective.
