The location is super nice! Close to the train station and the old town. The huge mall nearby was also a great place to find a morning coffee and some polish snacks.

I travel to Krakow on the regular basis and I have stayed in a number of hotels, but this hotel is one of my favourite. Great location - right next to the shopping centre, train station, coach station and old town is 5 mins walk away. Rooms are very nice and clean. Large bathroom with both a shower and a bath. Really nice restaurant on the ground floor. The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. I loved my stays here and I will definitely be back.

The hotel has a great location, 3 min walk from the train station and 10 min walk to the Market Square. The hotel is modern with good facilities. The rooms not big, but well proportioned, modern and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is good and there is a wide variety for English and continental breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Very good location, next to main train station Krakow Główny, great for train and plane travellers, next to huge shopping centre. Next to Old Town. It’s very quiet in the room, considering being in a centre and next to train station. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast, lots of choice. Very clean, modern property. It was perfect, would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like that there were no slippers, as the carpet is very rough and it hurts to stay barefoot in the room.

The room is very up-to-date and well-designed. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at different hotels. The bedsheets smelled of some eucalyptus or something calming, that was very nice. I also liked that the staff speaks English, so there were no problems with communication

The pillows were too soft for our liking, but that is our own fault for not asking for replacements. The TV did not have Netflix or other satellite channels with only news channels in English.

Friendly staff, great location, good size room, excellent breakfast. The staff were always helpful and arranged a packed breakfast for us when we had an early tour. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of foods, and staff in the dining room kept the tables clean and cleared away dishes quickly. The evening meal selection had a good choice and what we had was tasty.

A bit of a stroll to get to the plaza in center of town, but not a major issue.

They were overbooked when we arrived so they walked us across the street to a comparable hotel for the first night of our 4 night stay. To compensate us for the inconvenience, they upgraded our room to a suite and provided complementary breakfasts. It was a very nice experience.

Duvets in the room were fine, but a little on the small side, even for a single bed. Nice touch if there were better coffee making facilities in the room. Coffee machine at Breakfast could do with a upgrade to something that produces better coffee. This is all nitpicking however. This is a great hotel and I plan to stay again in the future

Breakfast was amazing - lots of choice. Great traditional polish options as well as more standard fare. Room was very nice, great, big bathroom with shower and bath. Location is amazing. Can walk to old square and city centre. Really nice bar - Bar Smok - which was a little less noisy and crowded than some other bars in Krakow. Still very very reasonable price and great service from our favourite barman Mattieus.

Perfect location just near the train station and a big shopping mall; 5 min walk to the old city. New and beatiful hotel, great breakfast, good restaurant for lunch, good size of the room, clean. Very pleasant personnel.
