There are three air conditioning units in the balcony which is just in front of the bed in one room and four of them in the another one (we booked two adjusted rooms). Just imagine the horrible noise when all of them are working at once.... Who came up with the idea to place air conditioning units on the balcony?

This is a good option for family staying in Puerto Princesa. Staff is great - friendly and helpful. There is a patio near the pool with tables where you can comfortably have a snack/lunch. The pool is big and well maintained.

I reserved and adjoining family room but not available when we arrived. We were given 2 rooms and was informed that it was an upgraded rooms bit don’t have anything to compare since it was my first time to book there.

Breakfast was average. The place of the hotel is average. The swimming pool was small and seemed like a little bit dirty, we did not use.

Connected family room was really good. The staff was very kind and smiling, always ready to help. The value for the money was ok. The tours they organized was really very good.

Pool isn't open during our stay. Breakfast is only a plate of silog so it's a bit pricey. It's cheaper (half the price) to eat the same silog meal at nearby cafes.

Staffs are very friendly and accomodating of flexible early check in and late check out. There is also a free airport transfer upon check out.

Breakfast was pathetic , very limited options for western taste as dominantly Chinese food and design , very poor . No fruit at all extremely bad coffee( brown water) waste of 300 pesos for breakfast charge . Mind the birds as they attacking your plates on the table as rice attracts them .

Nice big rooms,comfy bed,good room make up, pool for hot afternoons. Food market across street,atm,beer shop next door. Thalias noodle house 50 metres away good size pork/ beef noodles at good price. Also free airport pick up on request

The picture they use for their post is that of the back of the hotel and not the front or street view. The picture makes it appear as though the hotel is is somewhat isolated when in reality is in the center of the town and in a very busy, active and congested area

The place was quiet and clean to sleep and rest. The room was cleaned and serviced daily.

Room was dated and bathroom especially needs refreshing. I stayed twice and both bathrooms were dirty, The taps and shower head were very rusty.

Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Location was good, with 24 hour Macdonalds close by. Motorbike rental can be arranged through front desk and free hotel pickup was appreciated.

The shower room floor is quite slippery. Should place a rubber mat to avoid unnecessary things happen.

As muslims we don't wear shoes in the room. We found out the floor is not acceptable for us to take off our shoes and to prepare for our prayer on the floor. Immediately called the housekeeping and they acted fast enough. Thank you. We like that. And they have free shuttle to airport. That was cool and free of hassle. The breakfast was good. Nice restaurant which full of crafts deco, we just love them.
