The fact that I had a confirmed reservation in JW Apartments but they didn't have rooms and, upon arrival I was shown 2 different places in the area were I could stay at for the same price.

The hotel I finally stayed at had a nice swimming pool and the room was wide but a bit run down.

The room wasn't big. Not really close to stores where you can buy the basic stuff.

The amenities are complete. (It even has kitchen and appliances in it.) Wi-Fi was fast, and there was cable TV, although it only shows Netflix.

I stayed 3 weeks in the room at the end of the walkway. 20k monthly rent is too much for this, i left because it was not worth the money. Prices not stable. A Leaving guest said he pays 16k peso monthly....but the manager told me 20k peso. "Skin-Tax"??? Room doors not labeled. No bidet sprayer on toilet. Safe did not work, manager said they would replace with new safe the next day..... but never did. The Security Guards will let Anyone walk up to your room unless you tip them.. I did not feel safe there because prostitutes knocking on my door at 2am. Bed sheets and pillow cases had many snot mucus boogers on them from previous guests after they just "cleaned the room". The Pillows / bedding smelled like old man Sweat. Random hairs /dust all over the apartment floor. Water went away from drain in Shower. I had to sweep the water to the drain with my foot. No coat-hangers in room. Not all power outlets worked. Living room furniture couches badly stained. Ant bugs in room /bathroom. Shower water temp fluctuates. Ice, lava, ice, lava. Front door drags on floor/ hard to open. No desk lamps in room. Poor lighting in living room area. Living room roof fan did not work. Clothes Closet doors did not close correctly.

Friendly staff, .....when they are around. Close to food stores and Laundry facilities. New firm matress on bed. Air-con is cold. Refrigerator is cold.

I would have liked some soap... but I was able to get some easily enough and the overall experience was positive compared to the cost

I liked the price vs. the facility. It is not a fancy place, and it is best to make sure you have all your toiletries because nothing is provided, but hey, the price was great for the size and space I had

Not a good location for buying something to eat. Food around the property was lousy.. Not even an air-con place to sit down, outside of property. I moved to a different property because it's walking distance to CLARK SM, bus, tricycle, and many daily necessities.

Shower head blows a small amount or water, some windows have defective locks but there's a window grill so i think it's ok. A cockroach also roamed the room and the kitchen sink. Aircon for me was ok but was a bit warm for my partner.

There was a parking lot insife the property. Also near SM clark and other important venues. Toilet was nice and clean and caretaker was very nice. Complete kitchen utensils as well. Spacious and well ventillated.
