The extra pillows were not in the room as stated on the website, the check in was very slow.

The rooms were not really clean. Clear fingerprints on the windows and shower door.

The breakfast was good. Enough options for everyone, but it does become really crowded as everyone wakes up around the same time.

Receptions are like exhausted not smiling even the cook during breakfast, except the reception on March 16th morning when we checked out. I think staffs should not talk jn the breakfast area as they are blocking the way not even had the corteusy to give way as its alsmost closing we want to be in a hurry. One pillow available for one person. The coffee mug is not washed properly still have lipstick mark and cofee Orange juice extractor not working Something to improve probably when somebody ask if customers are ok or what else needed is better. Pancakes are always over when my turn to get it. These things maybe can be improved.

Very near the motorway, so it can be noisy depending on the direction of the room. A little outside the city centre (appr. 5km), but very well reachable by car, public transportation or rental bikes.

Great rooms. Good location for travelers, albeit a bit outside the city centre. Very friendly staff. Electric Charging (Tesla Super Chargers and Allegro, as well as destination chargers) directly on premise. Not cheap, but worth the money.

Beds could have been better. We had twin room with beds together as if it was queen, but beds were on wheels, very flimsy, did not stay together at all.

Nice hotel, very clean, helpful staff. But the breakfast buffet is out of this world! Huge selection of items, so tasty, beautifully arranged. Just wow.

The open bath concept not good,no privacy bathing, water leaking from shower cabin, toilet was not well cleaned, no hooks for towels, no proper ventilation in toilet,no slippers,no bath towels( not even when using pool😒). Pool difficulty to reach, too many halways. Breakfast too expencive 19,50 per person...altough plenty of food offered, but no vegan milk offered unless asked specifically. Raindrops heard at night dropping on the roof kind of annoying...not enough lightning in the room, too dark..

The hotel is very huge, has big free parking,close to highway but not noisy, also close to downtown Eindhoven ( 6 bus stops). Neighbourhood is nice and calm. Big spacious rooms, interesting retro details ( old phone, old radio, orange refrigirator....but empty🙃..), nice wallpapers...very popular among bussiness people, big conference rooms and working areas...enviromental protection respected...nice robots in the hallway and breakfast area...

The hotel requires refurbishment. Carpets were worn, especially in the corridors, and the overall appearance and state of repair of the facilities were average. More importantly, the hotel may wish to invest in new mattresses.

Breakfast and staff were adequate, location was good, parking facilities were available.

not enough lights in the room - they were too dimly lit, especially as i had to do office work on my computer at night and the room was not well lit enough. Also the mattresses of the beds, and the pillows were very uncomfortable

I wish we had a room with a better view than the parking. TV could be better/more modern. There was no kettle in the room.
