Vintage hotel, good room size, good restaurant inside the hotel. i love the open space outside the hotel area. close proximity to Metro station and Super market 5 min walk. if you decide to go to town area by Uber cab it will cost you between 8 to 15 Euro depending on peak time.

We loved everything about our stay at the Hoxton, Lloyd. The location is wonderful, close to the water, a wonderful walk into the city center. Rooms are very comfy and cozy, the ambience is great and the staff is very kind and helpful. Bonus: There's a wonderful Tapas Bar and Coffee-Shop right across the street. We loved going there. Many thanks to the entire team for such a wonderful holiday!

The windows could not be opened for fresh air.

The food was delicious, staff were kind (Nikolas took great care of us in the dining room), dog friendly (my dog loved her welcome gift), exceptionally clean rooms, great location (easily accessible by train from Central Station and across the street from the grocery store).

Only issue was that we stayed on the very top floor and the lift just went to the 4th floor.

Super friendly staff, beautiful building, quiet, felt safe, amazing food. Lovely outdoor terrace. Will stay again for sure.

The breakfast took way too long but we got a 20% discount on our stay due to this. The bathroom was somewhat small in our room.

The hotel has an interesting architecture and design inside as well as a comfortable terrace in the back. It is located 1-2 min from a tram that goes to the centre. The breakfast was very good (you could order everything a la carte and the choice was like at a good brunch place). The beds were comfortable.

Breakfast service was slow, items on the menu were sometimes not available so by the 3rd day we had breakfast across the road at an excellent cafe.

Check in staff were amazing, helped us out with moving rooms due to changes in travel plans.

Nice building, very comfortable rooms and qualitative breakfast. The terrace is perfect to enjoy a drink when the sun is popping up!

We had a room with windows on two sides and it got insanely hot - the sun heated the room up very much and at 7am it was too hot too sleep. I don’t want to complain about the good weather and it’s not the hotels fault - they provided a ventilator - but if you can, ask for a room facing the back or not exposed east. Opening the window was t an option because if way quite noisy outside. Again, not the hotels fault but something to consider.

The location was good - not in the center but close, with a pub and supermarkets right in front. Easy access to the center and the train station by tram. The hotel bar was great, good cocktails that were above average. The staff was lovely and the free drinks in the room a nice extra. the building itself is very interesting and the decor and overall vibe was good.

Great pet friendly hotel. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Room was confortable, the hotel overall is stunning and cosy. Hotel is well located (quiet and peaceful location but near the city centre) and well connected (15/20min tram ride from train station & main museums). There are few cafes and stores near by which was very convient.

The style and decor of the hotel was unique and very well done. The staff were exceptional. A very nice surprise bottle of fizz and hand written/drawn card for my wife’s birthday was a very nice touch.

Beautiful design hotel outside of Amsterdam city center.

Breakfast had limited options and they ran out of pastries that we wanted. I ordered granola from the menu but it was just Greek yoghurt and fruit, not a single nut. They did not clean our room (or add towels or toilet paper) so when I asked why, they said that they were trying to be sustainable and only cleaned rooms per request.

The location was a bit far from the center but we knew that when we were booking the hotel. There is a supermarket across the street, pharmacy, dry cleaning, essentials that one might need. Design is beautiful and the hotel is new and clean.

There was not a lot to do near the hotel. After being on tours and enjoying the city center, it would have been nice to have a few things you could walk to (ie a square or a few more restaurants) from the hotel. We had a fabulous time. This is an observation and not a complaint.

The hotel and staff were fabulous. The hotel was 4 stops from Central Station..

Can be slightly loud on Friday and Saturday nights if you have rooms on the first floor above the bar and restaurant. One of our party was located here, but was immediately moved by very friendly staff as soon as he asked.

Perfectly located within three easy tram stops of centraal station (7 mins). Tram station less than 5 mins walk. Supermarket over the road and a really fun tapas restaurant directly opposite serving killer margaritas!

The staff can be great….or not so friendly. It did feel like the brasserie were completely understaffed on certain days, which means that orders were slow, but the staff were also frustrated and that showed. Our room also smelt a bit musty. But it was a gorgeous room. The reception staff also didn’t give us any information on requesting our rooms to be cleaned or anything going on in the hotel during our stay. There was an Easter event on and we didn’t know about it.

The hotel is gorgeous. Rooms are comfortable . Great decor. Spacious rooms
