Toilet was a little messy with the bins not cleaned out from the previous stay. The room was a bit small if you stay longer then a few days. Other than that everything was nice

The design of the hotel was very charming! We loved the whole experience. I also book a birthday package before our arrival and it turned out beautiful. The staff is very nice and helpful. We also had a delicious breakfast and the price is totally worth it.

Lovely hotel, stylish. All staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast. help yourself with fresh fruit water and sweets. Board games in the bar area . A goodie bag of snacks when we were leaving . Loved our stay here!

Few things to comment: another window that can be opened; in the shower, a rack for toiletries would be perfect. Better (ergonomic) pillows would be fantastic.

Lovely location; got free upgrade upon request. Wonderful view, excellent choice of toiletry. Very friendly staff. Beautiful decoration & attention to details. Fluffy bathrobes & slippers. Nice little cafe & even received goodie with snacks upon departure.

There was only one chair in the bedroom, and there was no fridge or UHT milk provided in the room.

The location was right in the city centre, but very quiet. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great, with many choices, and the bar/lounge area was very comfortable.

What a delightful hotel. Nice complete room. The rooms are well insulated, so the sounds of the city completely escape you. The breakfast is highly recommended. Very complete with a friendly chef who can make delicious pancakes or cook a special egg for you. We also rented bikes at the hotel to enjoy a bike ride in the dunes. In short, a delightful hotel where nothing is lacking.

A minor downside for a longer stay is that there are no slippers or body moisturizer so bring your own.

The rooms are very atmospheric, beautiful. Lobby and surroundings are absolutely great, design incredible, it's a must stay if aesthetic pleasure is important to you. Staff extremely friendly, overall vibe amazing. Nespresso coffee machine in the rooms - something a coffee fan definitely needs.

The only downside, outside of the hotel's control, there is no vehicular access for taxi pick up. However there is a good tram service a very short walk away. On the upside it means walking in the area is safe and unimpeded.

Staff were exceptional and the hotel was well appointed. Décor was welcoming warm and comfortable. Location was excellent. All in all if we return to Den Haag The Collector will be where we stay without any hesitation.

The only issue I has was getting in and out of the room. The shelving right near the door was a bit awkward and I bumped into almost every time coming and leaving the room.

The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, the breakfast each morning was delicious, fantastic location, and very unique vibe.

The room, the location and absolutely the hospitality of their staff - especially front desk, young and lovely gentleman who just speak Dutch and given all lots tips for local spot truly appreciated Truly appreciated all the effort to make our anniversary visit memorable with such a gorgeous room and enchanting street view - spotting right our favourite kitchenware shop even tough their on minor restoration
