Excellent backpackers! If you want to call it a 'backpackers'. I can see a lot of money was spent on upgrades to the facilities. The breakfast option is also great. Means you don't have to think about what to gave for breakfast before exploring Amsterdam.

The room needs a fridge. Our neighbors were very noisy. I know that's not the hostel's responsibility 100%, but I think I should mention it. If you don't want to disturb your sleep, make it clear to the reception; maybe they can control who's going to be your neighbor (teenagers, for example, make so much noise—try to avoid them). Take your own towels, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. Otherwise, you can by from the reception or any supermarket around.

The hostel is really nice and the building is very interesting. The bar next to the reception is really cute, and the prices are nice compared to the prices in the city center. The receptionists were very polite and helpful for any question we had. The room was nice (a private room with a private bathroom), and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect; you can go anywhere, even on foot (max walking distance 20-25 minutes). There are many restaurants around, supermarkets, souvenir shops, etc. The Vondel Park is right there. You will be walking in it every day to reach the hostel. Museums like Moco, Van Goghs, and Rijksmuseum are close to it. Lastly, the bus and station are also very close to the hostel, and a store where you can rent bikes is close too.

No cups, towel provided!!!! I had to pack my own towel wet in my luggage. Needs more hanging hooks. Bring your own wire hangers. Need better layout of those storage boxes for better usages i.e. pulled out for sitting & placing luggage Mirror is in a strange location, the entire space in the front is idle from other usages.

Excellent location: walk across the park to museums, in a quite street for sleep, near bus stop to the airport and also Tram station to central station. Very friendly customer services.

One con in the rooms is that the sink is not inside the toilet/shower cubicle but outside in the rooms. Not ideal since whenever you want to use the sink and tap, everyone else in the room wakes up because of the noise. There’s also no kitchen which is a bit weird for a hostel.

Good location, there’s a bus stop 3-4 mins walk which goes directly to the airport. Although the path walking To the hostel is a bit quiet in the night.

There wasnt a hair dryer or any shampoo. As travelers it is hard to carry a hairdryer so it would be nice. The bed sheets could be cleaner.

dorm was very quiet and beds are organized well, you cannot see each other while sleep. we had a bit flu when we stayed but stuff provided us with a good healing tea and kindness. We did not lock our luggage during our stay, but we did not experience any problems. ı really like hostels design

As a solo traveler the entrance to the hostel was just sketchy. There were two ways to go into the hostel and one was by a park and another was a very long alley. Both frequented my drinkers and homeless ppl at night time.

The room was pretty big for the little radiator under the windows, this made it very cold for all the stay. Price was extremely high for a room with no tv, no services of cleaning (for the envirinment, i agree, but still too high considering the services) and super cold.

Amazing location and staff. The hostel is nice, you can see staff is taking care of the ambience, everything is nice and full of nice people, aesthetically super pleasing. There is a nice bar at the ground floor if you want to drink something during the day, even if you don't pay for full breakfast you can have something warm there and it's super good.

I wasn't warned that my room was next to a building under renovation so being woken at 7am each morning by hammering, drilling etc which sounded like it was in the same room as me didn't exactly leave me rested. The noise continued most of day so wasn't even able to have a much needed nap to try and catch up on sleep. Was more tired than before my holiday

Lovely area, access to park amazing, plenty of shops, bars, cafés etc close. Modern, bright and clean. Tram very close but also not a bad walk into city centre. I would stay again but in a different room...
