Great continental breakfast (but no warm food items). Very confy beds. Nice room and hotel design and layouts. Very convernient to Metro with very regular service to Amsterdam Centraal.

Room was very modern, love industrial vibe with Marshal radio and speakers. Breakfast was nice, location very easy to navigate.

The hotel is very expensive. The location could have been better for the price (around 20-mins combined for the metro and walk to attractions).

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had great views and was very modern. The staff were helpful and the hotel is an easy 10 minute metro ride away from Amsterdam Centraal.

The toilet in room is too far from the sink. Always have to go around the bed to wash hands after toilet.

Neighborhood is relatively quiet with nothing much to do. No walking distance restaurants and the only option was a small bakery and McDonalds. Room was dusty and didn't look well kept. Stains in the cupboards that looked like mold? Coach and coffee table were dirty and battered. At 300 euro a night, we were hoping the furniture would be better.

Beautiful hotel with floor to ceiling windows and a beautiful view of Amsterdam. We stayed in one of the Resident Room (largest suites available). Staff was very friendly and helpful in identifying places to go, eat, and visit. Shout-out to Celeste at the reception for her immaculate service! Love the bathroom interior and layout of the room. It was on a corner on the 17th floor so we were able to see views for miles. Very easy trains 5min walk from the hotel to central station. There are 4 trains at this stations so you literally don't have to wait longer than 5mins each time. The check-out was super simple and efficient!

Located in a quiet area with metro station in 2 minutes walk allowing easy access to city centre. Room was spacious with a lot of natural light and comfortable bed to relax

There was a complete lack of any human interaction at all. I stayed for 3 nights and didn’t speak to any member of staff at any point. Everything was automated. That might sound cool but it meant that there was no one around to deal with problems or issues (the AC in my room didn’t work - the TV didn’t function properly). It is a good hotel but the lack of human contact means that I left feeling a bit underwhelmed despite the hotel being well equipped and in a good location.

Breakfast could have more selections of cereals, the breads should be sliced, to many hands handling the bread’s even though a cloth was over it. If not going to refill bowls they should be removed or put a bit in bowl.

The floors could have been vacuumed better. There’s no hotel shuttle for airport pickups or drop offs. They do not offer washcloths. The WiFi was spotty a few days. We stayed during King’s evening and King’s Day. On the evening before king’s Day, the restaurant on the top floor (21st floor I think) had a private party that played techno music ALL night. I could hear the beat of the music with my ear on the pillow the entire night, and I was on the 8th floor! When you have traveled far and are dealing with jet lag, a good night’s sleep is essential for your next day’s activities. It was disappointing that the hotel allowed that party to go on at that volume all night.

Breakfast had an amazing selection. The coffee was excellent! The bed was very comfortable for us, and we loved the outer window closures that allowed us to darken the room to our liking. We are glad we paid a little more for our room to have the extra space for the bathroom area. The shower was nice and we relied on the provided soaps, shampoo and lotions. They do not have washcloths, only hand towels and bath towels. WiFi could be spotty at times. The room could have used a more thorough vacuuming. We would recommend this hotel and would book again/ stay at one of their other hotel locations.

Breakfast with fresh cut fruit, not a frozen mix like in many hotels. Excellent coffee from Hausbrandt. Modern and a lot of dimmable lights in the room

a little pricey but personally i think it was worth every penny. the room was lush and sparkling clean, the bed was HUGE and super comfy, the bar area was fantastic too. I can’t wait to go back. location was amazing too.
