We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNo coffee or milk or breakfast tea in the room and no shower gel. Only shampoo and conditioner. Can do away with conditioner and replace with shower gel Ashtray on balcony was full of cigarette butts and water. Had dinner in bar with friends. Service very poor. As host I had to find a waiter to serve more drinks as nobody behind the bar for much of the evening. No hand towels in ladies. Mentioned to receptionist but not replaced.

Nice location, handy for being central and good location for exploring the area. Comfortable hotel and very nice welcoming staff. Nice view over water also and rooms very spacious. Pet friendly a bonus!

BelgiumThe room was booked and played extra for a nice river view but there was a big tree in front so river was not visible. (see photo) no airco in the room, we had a fan but that made a lot of noise to keep it on all night. the room and bathroom was not dust clean, but maybe also because the hotel was outdated we were a bit surprised to pay 10 euros for city tax way above the city tax other hotels and campings are asking??? Was for administrative costs ??? bit strange as all the forms are asked to fill in by the guest in front of arrival great ice cream restaurant across the road, great food and payable

NetherlandsThe room we had was desperately in need of renovation (some other rooms already got renovated). The ceiling was full of brown (old) wet circles, curtains and floor were quite dusty. It all looked like the last renovation was somewhere in the 60's. Not everything was clean and there was a slight smell in the small bathroom.
The location is nice, with a good view over the water and very nearby nice parcs and forest surroundings. Entrance and restaurant looks decent and there was enough parking in front of the hotel.

NetherlandsIt has been renovated in a bad way, probably in the eighties, destroying the charm the building once possessed. The rooms were poorly maintained with broken lights, moist stains on the ceilings, poor lighting. Price is too high for what is being offered.
The hotel is an old well known one, beautifully situated along river Vecht. Staff was friendly, the central lobby and restaurant are OK, be it outdated. Dinner was good, breakfast excellent.

Georgiathere was drainage problem in the bathroom. When Ivwas taking shower the water leaked in the bedroom But I did not expected much from this hotel, because I have had read other reviews . The room is so tiny that I couldnot walk when I brought my suitcase in there.
