There was no room to put our suitcases anywhere but on the floor . We were only staying for a couple of days so we were not going to unpack our suitcase. The room was very small so putting them on the floor made it worse ! Also no wash cloths are handed out.

The breakfast was really good ! The only thing was we had to ask for cutlery and glasses for the Latte both days. Also asked for yougart and a few other items that were missing and it was not quite 9:00am . The girls at the front guest were pleasant and very helpful. I think they were given a lot of jobs to do, which made it hard for them to keep up to do everything well. They were answering people’s questions at the front desk and also adding things to the breakfast buffet. Besides taking guests money etc.

The steep winding stairs was hard to move luggage up and down. Lucky there was 4 of us to form a chain. Email instructions were long and complicated. We couldn’t find the PIN and key instructions because there were attached to the end of several attachments. (Which made us all frustrated. There were noisy young people yelling in the street between 1 and 3am.

Location was the best feature .

Very noisy rooms. One of our rooms was facing at the main street and the nights were noisy with a fight and other people shouting and partying. Also, there was very much noise inside the hotel itself, some other guests were awake the whole night making noises and smashing doors. We could not complain to the reception because there was no physical reception.

Clean room and very central hotel.

It is more suited to stay alone than a partner, because there is no bathroom door, and there is also no door between the shower and the toilet. It is also full glass instead of iced one, so you can lie down on your bed and see your travel partner doing their job in bathroom and shower. Some would call it romantic, unless that person is not your partner The street nearby also can get loud a lot depending on the travel time.

The beds were comfortable, it was clean and cosy

The apartment is very noisy, at night too. The bathroom (toilet) does not have a door, although this was pointed out in advance, but it is very inconvenient. The room has only one chair. The bed mattress is very soft.

The apartment has a central location. Clean, nice apartmant. Comfortable check-in process (key-box). The apartment has a kitchenette.

It was very easy and flexiable to self check-in. The location ist perfect because you are inside the city center. Everywhere are shops and restaurants. Public transpot only ca. 3 min. walk. Amazing!

Stairs to access room were exceptionally steep/shallow and hard to navigate. Room lacked airconditioning forcing me to keep the windows open cool the room. This lead to a LOT of street noise all through the night due to location, making it difficult to sleep.

Location was excellent right in the middle of the city & close to all amenities. Room was stylish and well appointed with kitchette, etc. Bathroom was fitting with modern style. Good natural light with large windows.

I spent 5 nights here The first 3 nights were fine a little noise from the street at night but no big deal it is centrally located it's to be expected but the last 2 nights were a disaster as the cable company decided to dig up the street outside my window so for 2 nights I had compressor hammers and whacker machines keeping me awake. I'm sure that works like this are notified to locals on the street this is going to affect. If the hotel had told me this was going to happen I would have made other arrangements. The least I would expect from the Hotel is an apology for my lack of sleep or better still a refund for 2 nights

It is centrally located close to shopping, cafes, bars and restaurants.Normally no staff to be seen on the property so no houskeeping to annoy you in the mornings so you can come and as you like

Really great location & quiet place for a fun trip

One of the air vents in the hallway was making some awful noises, something similar to a dog's squeaky toy, which went on and on all day and night long, and this was quite annoying at night given how silent everything but that vent was. This made it difficult to fall asleep. Also, sitting on the toilet is really hard to do even as a small tiny girl, let alone a full grown man, but I noticed this is a general fact about the country and not something particular to the hotel. On the weird side, there were quite a few insects roaming around the room, which was particularly disturbing, seen on two different occasions. On a different note, there was no dishwashing soap even though there were plenty of dishes available for use & there was no mop to wipe the water after a shower, so there was a constant puddle in the bathroom.

I loved the location of the hotel - right in the center of the town, just seconds away from anything you need, be it clothes stores, drug stores, or just places to grab a bite and drink. On top of that, it was really quiet, so no loud noises from the outside. The design of the room was unique as well, I really enjoyed the simplicity of it, while also looking elegant. We had everything we needed from shower gel (which doubled as shampoo, but I wouldn't recommend it as it's too dry), hand soap, liquid hand soap, and even some extra stuff like q tips & sewing accessories. We also had a coffee machine and related accessories, which was really useful in the morning, and quite yummy too.

A couple things to keep in mind: The front door is nondescript and to the left of the alleyway (you can’t see it on Google maps at the moment, but it’s there), and the keypad to get in is on the doorframe to the right (also easy to miss because it blends in, but it’s also there). There doesn’t appear to be any lobby, sitting area, or place to drop off bags early – just stairs to get to the rooms. It’s all self-check-in so when you pay your tourist tax ahead of time you get the code to get in the front door, your room number, and another code to open a key box by the room door. From there you have a physical metal key… just don’t leave it in your room because the door will lock behind you and you’ll have to pay for a locksmith. The stairs are small and steep so use the railing. Lots of noises throughout the night, as expected for an active downtown location – everything from people talking and partying late into the night to street cleaning and various workers very early in the morning – the sounds really carry, but there were also some decent quiet periods, too. As the property also makes clear, there’s no door between the bathroom and the sleeping area, but it is sectioned off behind a wall, so it’s not like you’re literally in the same room as the toilet. I found the mirror placement kind of funny, though – it’s right where you’d expect it to be on the wall, but that location happens to give the person laying in bed a direct line of sight to the person sitting on the toilet. The property should consider some kind of separation here… even a curtain or something like that would probably work.

This hotel and room were pretty much exactly as described. The room is small but has everything you need and is very clean and fresh and well laid out. There’s a little desk/coffee station (nescafe pods, two ceramic mugs, two glass glasses, kettle, little fridge, two metal stirring spoons, all clean), outlets by the bedside tables, a small wardrobe (though mine had a bucket of cleaning supplies in it – not sure if they were left there accidentally), and two twins pushed together to form a double bed. There was a bottle of water and a can of pringles on the desk, too, which was a nice treat. The TV was positioned well and works great with lots of channels and options like connecting to netflix and amazon, and even apparently a wired network connection. The windows are big, overlook the street, work great, and the blinds are effective. There were a couple of short power outages while I was there, and I got an email the day prior to warm me. WiFi works great – 75mbps down and 60mbps up. There was a second RF remote, but I’m not entirely sure what it was for… it looked like lighting controls, but I couldn’t get that to work. As a solo traveler I’d definitely stay here again. As a couple you’d just need to be comfortable with the lack of bathroom door. The location is excellent and makes for a very walkable visit. Famous attractions, restaurants, shopping, and groceries are all just a short stroll away.

    No door on bathroom

Only got told after booking and paying for hotel that there was no door in the bathroom. I would not have payed and booked room if it stated on booking that there was no door on bathroom. This room was non refundable so could not cancel after been notified of no door on bathroom. No privacy to use toilet and smell from toilet was in room constantly with no door. Barely used bathroom facilities as had no privacy. Used other toilets else where for privacy. Unsatisfied with the facilities
