The hotel is located near the central station, there is plenty of transport. Cafes and supermarkets are very close by. The zoo is a 15-minute walk away, as are the city centre and restaurants. The hotel is very quiet, compact and comfortable. All rooms are with a double bed, which makes it great for a couple's holiday. The beds are large and very comfortable, the linen is clean and the room was very tidy. The staff are just wonderful! Everyone I spoke to was incredibly polite and competent. The breakfast was fresh but not fancy compared to other hotels. The overall impression of the hotel design is very nice! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

The book shelf rooms have lost their charm after the books have been replaced by dolls and statues.

The location is excellent, the art was quirky and nice. Hotel staff are a friendly bunch.

No kitchen facilities during our stay. Showers leaked a lot of water onto the floor and took time to clean up.

While the room was spacious, it was all hard floors and tile. Would recommend some rugs or carpet, or at least a bath mat. Also, the floors were not clean.

The size of the room and the fact you could not open your window to let some fresh air into the room. Just felt a little stuffy. But seeing as we were only sleeping here, it was not so much an issue; but an observation.

The quirky hotel decor! It was really fun and different. Not like anything I have stayed at before. The room was very small for x2 people and there are no TVs in the rooms.

Unfortunately my sink was clogged from the very beginning. Messages here on the booking app were not answered at all. So I told someone in the bar the first night. But I guess they forgot to notify anyone about the issue. Next evening I told another girl on the reception and only on the third day they fixed it.. But then they removed all the towels from my room.. So, it's a little bit of a mess in the organization but they were always friendly:)

It's a very interesting design of the hotel and a challenge to find a door lock:) Overall I liked my experience, although it was pretty cold in the night and the AC couldn't help a lot.

The hotel is smaller than expected. No elevator to second Floor, I would have been more prepared if I knew it before. The step stairs were unexpected but my 2-y.o. managed it well. The room was really small. They could have installed some hooks for towels and portable hanging shelves for more storing places tho.

The receptionist was very friendly, informative and helpful. She let us know directly that there was no elevator for guests. With a kid and a stroller, she gave us the solution to store the stroller in the room next to the receptionist desk. We love the colorful living areas inside and outside. We used them to relax after a long day and had our dinner outside. My son and I loved to play with the giant chess outside. It was very calm area too. The breakfast was really what we needed. Small options, giod quality and no waste. Thanks for doing extra to prepare the breakfast for my son.

The room is very small. The bed is literally squeezed in between the walls. The bed is too soft.

The decoration and art work in hotel is very nice. It provides a special atmosphere.

Since we have bath in our room, it is getting too wet and hot when we use it. Air conditioner is not satisfying at these time, we needed a fresh air but room has no windows :(

I rent a bicycle, the overall condition was good only the screw for adjusting the sitting is fixed so you can not adjust easily. If you can change that would be easy for you and the user, since in the current form you need a wrench.

The hotel is cozy and its unique decoration make it a memorable and creative space. I felt always welcome and comfortable, your staff's kindness is something valuable and beautiful.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. My 10yr old and I loved the vibrancy of the place. Great art throughout, super friendly staff and comfy & quiet room. All within a 5min walk from Central Station and walking distance to many fantastic sights in Rotterdam. Loved the little bonus of fresh coffee outside the rooms.

Unfortunately even after they told us we could use the hotel's restaurant, when we tried it never opened for meals on that day. Some small amenities are no available in the room like cettle with coffee, hairdryer, or a safe.

We really like the design of this hotel, definitely something we never encountered before. The room is very small, but bed was comfortable and the location was great.

I had a room without a window, which I wasn't aware upon booking. as im not a sound sleeper the ventilation was really noisy for my taste and the little room got super hot and stuffy, which both didn't make the best night of sleep.

I didnt like the room first because there were no windows so fresh air came only through ventilation and make me feel claustrophobic. Also nothing in rooms, no fridge no tv no machine for boiling water for coffee not even closet for you chlotes.

I liked the hotel in general. It is very nice decorated and very near of center of Rotterdam.

The room needs some proper storage. There is nowhere to hang coats and having the clothes hanging space over the desk is useless.

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi bath was fantastic. Very close to the central station.
