Rooms could be soundproofed could be better, a lot of noise was coming from the corridor and from the outside. The room was quite basic for the price charged. The restaurant services during dinner time could be better organized, it was slow and somewhat chaotic.

The room was clean and tidy, it had everything that I needed. The wellness area with a swimming pool and a free entrance was a nice bonus, although it was small and bit crowded. It was convenient to have a restaurant on site, and the breakfast was good.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Fabulous restaurant. The food was amazing. Rooms spacious and clean with good toiletries. The grounds have peaceful seating areas. The one thing that spoilt it for us and our group was a couple having a domestic. Clashing and banging doors shouting, clattering around in heels at 2am in the morning till 2 45am.

Twin beds were quite narrow. Would not recommend the breakfast. We arrived 15 mins before breakfast ended. Food not hot and very little available. Spa quite small and had to pay extra for the hot tub.

Fantastic staff in bar, at reception and in housekeeing. They could not have been more helpful. The bedroom was very large and spacious. The view and sounds of nature from the bedroom were amazing.

If feasible, could you ensure that the doors near lift C remain open at night? The hotel entrance is a bit distant from the rooms closest to lift C.

The location is delightful, featuring a pond and a cozy outdoor sitting deck. The hotel room is beautifully spacious and includes a luxurious tub. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Whilst I cannot fault the cleanliness of the room, the rooms are sprayed with something unbearably strong that took at least 24hrs with the windows open just to pass as bearable. It was really unpleasant, as a migraine sufferer I spent the whole time worrying that I would get one.

A nice hotel just on the outskirts of the city, just a 20minute walk in.

It wasn't that we didn't like it but the breakfast rate was a bit expensive. It looked like a good breakfast but if you are not in the habit of having a lot to eat at the start of the day it would have been nice to have a lighter, cheaper option

The Hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable and good value. The staff were friendly and helpful . The facilities were good and I enjoyed the pool. The hotel promotes its green credentials and we were impressed that they stood by these when they offered us directions on how to get to the town centre by bike or bus, The hotel is nicely located on the edge of the park, with easy access to the centre by bike, bus or car, and if you chose to travel by car there is plenty of parking at the hotel.

Bathroom was ample but the wall shower was super loud, with a head rather inconvenient to regulate.

No slippers or bathing gown was provided to use in the spa area; on our last day (check out time is 11am) the cleaning lady knocked on our door three times (first time at around 8:30am which woke us up) even though we told her we would check out at 11 am. She also did not say goodbye when we left (at 11am) and seemed annoyed that we did not leave earlier although we were allowed to stay until 11. We found her behaviour quite rude and never experienced such behaviour on a check out day before.

The bar area is a little soulless and trying to get a cup of coffee from the bar as we were short on time to have breakfast was challenging.

The location is perfect with nice views of the river. Parking on site is a bonus. The reception staff were excellent and very friendly.

Very good breakfast, wide selection of fruits. Spacious room, coffee maker in the room. I liked the SPA in particular with a plenty of fresh towels. Huge parking in front of the hotel and additional spaces behind the main building.

The bar and restaurant staff was not particularly attentive or friendly. They were paying more attention to entertaining each other than to the people in the bar / restaurant area. Also, the ventilation in the bathroom of the hotel room was very loud and there was no way to dim it down, even at night.

Nice location in utrecht, but yet in the green. The view over the water from the restaurant and the swimming pool / sauna area was really beautiful.

The pool was a bit cold and you need to pay for tokens for the jacuzzi. The fitness room was very scarce. I find the price too high for the value. They had no beer in the bar.

The room was nice, good bathroom, good room service.
