Overall the room was very damp. And the heater doesn’t work at night, it only works in daytime which is very wired.

The location is good to go to the center. There are many supershop and restaurants nearby.

Our room is on the 2nd floor and the stairs are quite small and hard to get on if you have massive luggage. The toilet is also quite small. But overall, the other things are super good and we feel really comfortable staying in here.

Room was very small, I know from the pictures but it was smaller than I thought, we booked the small double room downstairs, I think it would be better if it's rented to one person only. In the summer it's very hot there was no fan and if you open the window you got biten by mosquitoes all night, the smell of humidity in the bathroom was too much I had trouble breathing at night from it, I had to take couple of walks at night just for a fresh air, bathroom was too small you can't even wash your face or set properly, the door of the bathroom was not even a door, I saw it from the pictures but I didn't think you cannot close it like this and you hear, smell, see everything happning in there. There were no place to eat breakfast in the room so you had to eat it outside which is nice but if it's raining you have to eat it inside while standing up cuz there is no space for two, the pillows were so uncomfortable my neck still hurts, had trouble sleeping without waking up every single hour, you can hear everything from outside when someone is coming back and climp the stairs to go to the room above us, you hear the owner next door as well and the tv from upstairs. There is no night bus on weekdays only on weekends so be careful. Unfortunately we couldn't see amsterdam at night beacuse of this issue which I didn't know before. I should've made my research better. I'm not the kind of person who complain and want everything perfect I lived half of my live in one room apartments but this was something else. If you pay 60 Euro extra you can book in the centre a better option if you plan it ahaid. I would guess the room upstairs was better option maybe. Overall of everything i mentioned, Michèle was an amazing host thank you for everything.

The owner was kind and caring, this was the best thing of our stay, breakfast was okay, location was fairly close to center It's good value for money if you book it last minute and didn't plan way ahaid of time. Bed was nice and comfortable and the tv is a plus. There is everything in the room as described. You can leave your laguage in the hall before check in and after check out, so you can pick it up later, airport bus was very close 5 min walking and 28 min you are in the airport.

very small i was in the ground room and the problem is everything happens in the upper room is heard their walking steps ,their talking even the water in the toilet is heard.

B&b is a good place to stay in Michelle the owner of the house is sooo welcoming and friendly person she explains us how to use transportation in Amsterdam . The room is very clean The house is in a quiet,nice and clean place . The breakfast was very nice . The tram and bus station is very close . We also rent a bike from Michelle and we really enjoyed cycling .

Far from city centre; little space in the room; no cooking facilities apart from the microwave; no capsules for the coffee machine; toilet seat was broken; washbasin was too small to even wash your face; there was somebody else's sock a lot of dust under the bed.

First, it was different from the picture and when you are a family with a child this place is not suitable for you. Secondly, the entrance to the room was actually a ladder, not a staircase, and it was very difficult for you to enter the room, especially with a child. The glasses and windows were very old and single-paned, and the room was cold at night. The shower curtain was very dirty. The toilet door had not any lock. The room was not cleaned daily and we had to clean it ourselves every day. The delivery of the room should have been done at 14:00, while with difficulty done at 14:30. The blanket in the room had not been washed and was full of hair.

The place was good and not too much crowded you could always find a car parking place. The price was low in compare other places in Amsterdam.

Room is too cold. We asked that. They said that is central system. The heating system was turning off from 8pm to 8am. We were cold. Breakfast was very medium. The stairway to room was too narrow.

Altogether it was probably medium expierence. If you travel here in winter, be aware of cold temperatures in the apartment. Even when closed, old wooden window was never fully closed and cold chill was breathing into the room. We used towels under the window to ensure some acceptable temperatures. You get an electric heater, but when the bed is located next to the window, there's only mild to no effect. Also the room could be little bit better cleaned. Dust on shelves is probably okay when you're visiting for 4 days and you're not unpacking, but hair in the shower is not really pleasing.

Michèle is a very nice host. Breakfast was very good, it helped to start our day. Location is also very nice, you can get to the center by public transport in about 15 minutes. The street where the place is located is not very busy. And the cozy room is really cozy, good enough for two people when visiting for few days.

Not walking friendly. Door locks were always getting stuck, had to unlock and lock multiple times. Can’t even properly brush teeth in sink because there was no room.
