The architecture was beautiful, lovely high ceilings in the room. The spa facilities were a big plus. The receptionists were so helpful and kind. Beautiful courtyard to enjoy some outdoor space. So convenient for the town, literally a quick walk to the centre. Would definitely book again.

The staff weren't exactly unwelcoming but it did feel like you were interrupting them when you asked a question, not the warmest of welcomes but fine

The wellness was not too clean and some amenities didn't work. Only the one spa and the back warmers worked. One of the showers was not working. The rooms can be modernized a bit, the one I had was a bit old fashioned.

The location was great, close to the station. The beds were big and comfortable, the room was clean, spacious and bright. The bathroom was very nice. The garden was great! The coffee in the room wa nice.

Had slight problems to find a safe place for my race bike. In the end the receptionist borrowed me her own lock, which was very, very nice of her, so I could lock it outside to the metal bars.Maybe you could consider offering a lockable room, as quite a few other hotels do for travellers with more expensive bikes.

Although the building is very nice it's very noisy in the corridors so you can be woken up by that. The desk is impracticle if you are trying to work from the room (size and light) The shower has no light so the bathroom is quite dark There's also no safe in the room

The pipes are loud. Can hear the water through the pipes at night. Kept me up some times.

The moment we entered the hotel, 2 employees (1 man and 1 woman) started commenting on us in Dutch, thinking that we didn't speak Dutch. We did not really feel welcome by the stuff (only 1 kind woman). I would expect a higher hospitality level from such a hotel.

The rooms were nicely decorated and the overall architecture of the hotel is unique. The wellness activities, though limited, were nice.

Excellent conversion of church to hotel and still keeping a great amount of original internal wall,s and stairs. A great combination of old and modern.

Beautiful building, not a soulless new build hotel. The façade is original but the interior is modern. Only minutes walk from the centre and 10mins from the train station.

Unfortunately we had a hard time sleeping because of the ventilation in the room that can't be stopped and the air is hitting your head directly while resting in bed. But that was my personal experience and probably not everyone will have the same problem sleeping. And another inconvenient thing was that I couldn't open the window in the room that I stayed in because it was locked with a big plexiglass so I couldn't enjoy the fresh air.

The building itself is very nice and they managed to make a new and modern hotel out of an old monastery. The breakfast was very good and worth the money.
