Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

i recommend the harbor view room. its has a beautiful view of the erasmus bridge and The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request. it was a very nice relaxing stay i loved it💕

Italyi found a little bit difficult the arriving with the car because the parking is not in the hotel and i had to leave my car in front of the hotel (the space is little) and then i had to move it to the parking. i would sugget to send in adavance to customer the instructions for the parking.

United KingdomEntrance was pretty dark and unwelcoming, very inconsistent staffing, didn't receive the same service as a friend who was checking in at the same time. Went to our room and found someone in it, door keys stopped working every day which was a pain top resolve especially when it was busy at reception.
Hotel was clean and the rooms were fresh and comfortable with a good view of the harbour.

Ps the local metro only excepts existing tickets and top ups. If you don't have a ticket, you can't use the local station.

SwitzerlandHotel bar was busy and Swiss prices. Not easy to get served. Rodin, French brasserie down the road, was lovely and reasonable with friendly staff. The Get Back bar at Stadhuisplein is also good and lively. So head out the hotel for food & drinks. The stairs are a bit convoluted at the hotel. I used the lift although normally I prefer stairs.
Fantastic location overlooking the port and watching the boats bobbing along. Leuvehaven tramstop just opposite. Maritime museum down the road. Great breakfast with good choice. Nice, safe area. Super modern and comfortable room and bed. I found the shower great so don't know what other guest were complaining about. Lifts fast and never busy. Great to be able to open the window slightly for fresh air. Rotterdam main station and Euromast a few stops away. You can get around the city easily from here. Hotel staff were friendly. A good choice for solo travellers. I enjoyed my stay. Got the train to Amsterdam and organized a trip to Kreukenhof with Tours & Tickets at the station there. A must see. Booked a queen room with a harbour view - totally worth it for the view.

Room size, cleanliness and the hotel location is aboslutely good. We had a small gathering at the bar and sancks are good. Morning brekfast is basic but good options. Kids and family will enjoy a lot.
