The single rooms are indeed small but it has everything a person needs and you cant beat the price in a location like that!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a movie theater, fitness and sauna, excellent restaurant and the breakfast buffet is very good as well. The hotel/conference center is located in the middle of a nature reserve so it's quiet and beautiful for a walk right outside the front door. The location is also great for walks in de Loonse en Drunense duinen, a big dune/Forrest area to walk and very close to s'Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch). From here you can also go to the world famous The Efteling. A fairytale/amusement park so much better than Eurodisney!! Or visit the old fort town of Heusden!!! a must visit. and try the pancake house there.

On my first visit, I had on checkout a glass of whine on my hotel room from the Brasserie, which I declined because I don't drink alcohol and never hade it so I dident think much about it but then on my second visit exactly the same happened and they said you only have this open 54 euros from the eating in the Brasserie yesterday so I declined because I was never in the Brasserie so something is very wrong if any body can order on your room number 🙈

The single room was small to the point of being useless for anything but sleeping. Room decor and bathroom feels very 70s or 80s Can't speak of the other rooms but the singles were inadequate in the context of an otherwise nice hotel.

The main common areas of the hotel are nicely decorated and quirky. Staff are friendly and efficient. Gym facilities are very good. Sauna is available. Location is nice and quiet. Breakfast was good, if a bit monotonous (little variety)

The rooms are not sound proof, having simple old doors and window frames. Our room was next to the corridor entrance which had a noisy door. Every entry through the corridor literally felt someone entering our room, fortunately after 12:00 in the night there were not many people passing the corridor ;)

Hotels are getting rather expensive for just the one bed and no extra comfort. Time of breakfast starts rather late.

the bathroom needs to be updated. it is functional. the room was tiny, but ok for a solo traveller. some of the exterior of the building has been damaged, it needs to be repaired.

wonderful location, peacefully quiet. the scent from the pine trees is wonderful. perfect. the room is a little tired, but comfortable with basic amenities. I slept well.

the hotel wasn't very equipped. There were no slippers for the room or the toilet, and no tissues. Also, as the hotel is in the middle of a park and no cities and supermarkets nearby, you are stuck with the restaurant for food, and it's not exactly cheap

the location was superb. There were lots of green areas around, some horses and a lovely cat to play with. Very relaxing. Also, the restaurant had an interesting and delicious menu

Unfortunately although the food service areas had been updated, the bedrooms were sadly very dated and heavily worn. Whilst it was clear efforts had been made to keep them clean, when everything is so old it becomes impossible to keep windows and bathrooms looking clean.

Bar, restaurant and breakfast areas were beautifully decorated and looked recently refurbished. There were walks signposted throughout the grounds, and picnic tables and benches in quiet suntraps which were really enjoyable in the unexpected April sunshine.
