The breakfast is quite simple. If the accommodation fee has to be paid by myself, I would not choose the hotel breakfast.

The room space is good for lone guest. As for the location, there are several tram stops and one train stop nearby. It's convenience for guests to move either to city centre or another city.

Despite the nice rooms, the overall experience was only „average-good“ due to some details, that should be improved for a better rating: - the bathroom has a (milky) glass door and windows. Besides that the glass door does not have a proper „noise cancelling“ - you know, THOSE bathroom noises that you don‘t want to hear ;-) - the main issue is in the night, when you go 2theloo, you might wake up your roommate when switching on the bathroom lights as the whole room is lightened due to the windows / glass door - there‘s only 1 big chair despite the room is for 2 - if you take a shower the floor will get all wet, as the glass wall between the shower and bathroom is too small - the overall cleanliness was ok, but could / should be better - the hotel staff was friendly when talking to them in general, but tend to ignore / not greet you when you enter or leave the hotel, even though you walk right beside their front desk

The room size was bigger in comparison to the average room size in Amsterdam. The big windows and high ceiling make the room appear even bigger. The wooden floor and design elements give the room a modern but still cozy look a la industrial mixed with hotel chique. The neighborhood has a lot of restaurants and also some nice shops. There are several tram and bus connections to the center near the hotel as well as a train and metro a few minutes away - this is very handy when you arrive at Schiphol airport, as you can avoid passing through the very busy Centraal Station.

We booked 8 rooms, but our family room was not clean. The cup provided was oily and had a buttle smell, with stains resembling fungi on the floor. The bathroom door wouldn't lock, and some doors wouldn't stay shut, requiring us to use towels to keep them closed. We reported these issues in the morning, and while the mechanic fixed the door promptly, the cleaning was not done satisfactorily. The cleaning liquid was left behind, maybe suggesting we were expected to clean ourselves.

The hotel appears bright, new, and spacious, conveniently located near two supermarkets. The staff are friendly and readily assist with inquiries about pre-authorized payments and refunds for the advance 20% payment made before arrival.

The front desk staff were delightful and helpful. Loved the ability to rent bikes onsite and the very close proximity to the train station. The beds were very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the rooms were even though we were facing the main road.

The reception was very disorganized. I paid for breakfast during my check-in and during my whole stay every day that I was going to have breakfast (which was overpriced in my opinion) the waiters were claiming they needed to charge me again. I went to the reception after the first time this happen and they did not fix. On my checkout they wanted to charge me again for breakfast and just luckily I had asked for the receipt to send to my employer after the checkin so I could easily prove it was paid already. So much confusion for nothing.

The room was very comfortable and I asked for the bathtub and it was a relaxing moment after work. The bed was comfy and the coffee machine and tea were a great way to start the day.
