The electric receptical to charge devices are worn out, and the adapters we used fell out. The carpet was dirty. The bar next door kept us us every night.

The staff were very pleasant. I thought I had left something and when I telephoned the hotel, the receptionist was very cooperative and I found what I thought had been lost.

Almost too basic. No nightstand or glasses in room. One small table without any other real surfaces.

Great location in charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Close to trams. Very clean! Nice bright opening windows with blackout curtains if you wish. No real closet, but there are shelves and plenty of nice copper hangers. Modern updated bathroom but as other reviewers say no shower door so care needs to be taken when showering. I didn’t mind because it was so clean and the shower was so good! They provide a floor squeegee like a mop which takes very little effort to clear the water from the floor after your shower. I thought it was kind of brilliant and a great way to keep the whole space clean.

The bathroom is small, however it has all what is needed.

The staff is really nice, the room is good value for its money, the location great as well (close to the park and to public transportation). It’s my second time in this hotel and I will come back again for sure.

Access to the hotel relies on the 24 hour reception, which is fine except for when the member of staff on duty wanders away. This wasn't a huge deal as he was only gone for ~10mins, but did leave a queue of people waiting outside in the early hours.

The room was clean and suited our needs - comfortable bed/shower. The location was pleasant, not too busy but still providing good access to the city.

- Extremely small room - the pictures are tricky about it - no bedside table, not enough space for our stuff despite we were with two backpacks only, and the bathroom was super small as well. We could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. - Window was permanently closed so there was no fresh air for the morning. - The bedsheets were not so clean, there were lots of hair basically everywhere.

Great location, friendly staff, luggage room option. The water had good temperature and good flow in the shower. The curtains made good dark in the room. Safe was available. The 24-7 reception was good.

Lovely location, quite a way out of the centre. Really cool bars and cafes within a couple of minutes walk.

- cramped, although, that's common in Amsterdam - almost no sound isolation. Ok if you're lucky on your neighbors, not as much if you get a teenager party next door

- very nice location, direct tram to Central Station on one side, and to Museum quarter on the other, lots of restaurants and coffee around. A real good choice - super nice staff, nice cafeteria - very clean and well kept - great value, considering the market

- The shower would tend to overflow a bit because of the incline of the shower, but it's definitely not a deal-breaker.

- Staff were super friendly and made sure my stay was as comfy and convenient as possible, and were always available 24/7. - Located in an amazing neighbourhood in Amsterdam that fosters a strong community. - Location is nearby two lines of the trams to get around (1 for Museum district and 13 for Amsterdam Centraal). Most of the time I just walked because the area is so great.

The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear people outside. The guests from the other room was so loud one night and disturbed our sleep.

The receptionist is very kind and accommodating. Overall the property is worth the money and close to train and good restaurants.
