Personally I have small issues with pillows,so I didn't like the fact that they had very thick pillows so I couldn't have a relaxed sleep

The room often smelled of smoke due to poor air ventilation. There is lack of communication between the people at the counter and the booking.com. I was force to pay twice the town tax and got it reinbursed at the end.

It is an historic hotel well located in central Ede, very close to the train station. The rooms are big, reasonably warm and clean. The toilet are old but functional. The breakfast was good and they offered a large selection of food for breakfast.

Breakfast is big disappointment. the whole spread costs 21€. I being on deit never eat more than 1 Omelete and 2 slice of bread. For which I dont have option of al carte. Either I pay 21€ for just a omlette and bread or nothing. Since most of the people in world are becoming health conscious this would be really good option economically also. or give option to book hotel with breakfast

We could have been informed before arrival that the road to the hotel was closed We had driven for five hours from the UK and found it frustrating that we had to find an alternative way to access the hotel.

The receptions staff were welcoming and helpful and also the bar staff. A good selection of cocktails were available and we enjoyed playing on the fantastic pinball machine. Breakfast was great.

No informations at checkin (breakfast, parking etc.) I asked for an invoice with my companies address on it and they couldn`t change it on site (lol why not?) Running after the correct invoice the day after checkout is very unprofessional for a hotel of this size and extremely annoying for me since I have to deal with my accounting afterwards.

Horrible mattress. You slight to each other when you sleep and feel when the partner is turning. For me the comfort of my sleep is the priority.

The shower was much below standard. Small shower spray and a bit cold to shower due to this. This was not really enjoyable..

Breakfast was good with different types of eggs. Quite wide assortment. Good coffee and orange juice. Very good restaurant with friendly staff 👌 Good bed and clean room Nice tv (yet casting was no succes with the wifi code)

The restaurant is not open on Sunday or Monday nights, this was not communicated beforehand, and there are limited options nearby. The bathroom could use an update. The springs in the matress were noticeable but comfortable enough for a couple nights. Some of the front desk staff had limited English.

The breakfast is exceptional. There is a games room which was entertaining, if you have kids it would be a good way to keep them occupied. The location by the train station is convenient, but there's not much to do without a longer walk.
