It would be good if tea and coffee was provided in the rooms. There is a kettle but that is all.

Staff were brilliant and helped us out with an additional booking at short notice. The property was well located on the waterfront near the Drosselgasse. Breakfast was very good.

For myself the two chairs at the table in the room were not that comfortable but I guess that is very personal. Perhaps the roadnoise can be a little bit loud if you are not used to that.

We did like the beds, they are very very comfortable , nice shower. The room we had is big enough for a short stay. They serve a small breakfast with tees and coffees. In the afternoon the bar is open where you can enjoy some ( local ) beers. even better when the weather is good, you can sit outside on the terras. The city center is not even a 5 minute walk form the hotel, so is the train and bus station. It is a perfect location

There was a kitchenette and although it was possible to order extra kitchen utensils for EUR 11 - for a short stay like mine I would have liked some basic equipment, such as a couple of plates & mugs/cups, and some cutlery. As it was we only had 2 paper cups, some coffee & tea. That was disappointing.

The location of the guesthouse for the train station and the city centre was great. Everything was within walking distance

There is no crockery in the apartment Bed should be a proper double, not a split single. No staff after a particular time. Can be cold Radator not working .

Very cold rooms. Heating was not turned on before arrival. We also had to use portable heater (which was present in the room) to warm up the room and bathroom. The lighting in the rooms was very poor. Only a few lapms were present in the room and no proper lighting around the mirrors or kitchen area.

Lifts access up to rooms available to anybody during daytime. Would prefer to see a normal kettle with ceramic cups for tea/coffee.

The open wardrobe doesn't provide any protection against the kitchen smells coming from the other rooms (we didn't use the kitchenette). It was also impossible to air out the room without leaving the balcony door (ie, the only proper window that opens) open all night. So all our clothes ended up smelling like fried onions and mushrooms.

Located just a few hundred metres from the central train station. Friendly staff. Spacious "small" room with ceiling-high windows to one side. Industrial/modern interior.

The hotel is near to the station and the city centre, making it a perfect location for those travelling by public transport. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff is also friendly and helpful. The room with kitchen is very accogient and functional.
