Even though the staff was nice and fast, it felt like a hurdle having to ring the doorbell and wait for someone to come and open the door every time we wanted to go to our room.

The mistake we did was taking the ground floor rooms. The issue is all the heating pipes go from that room. We went on a sunny day and the heating pipes make the room a heating chamber. We did raise this to the staff, but they coudn't do anything abt it. We did open windows but not much help there :)

The rooms where cozy, all included, and you have people to help you 24x7 which is great.

The layout of the first studio apartment arranged for us was unsatisfactory. After placing our two big baggages, the space to move around was very limited. In contrast,the toilet cum bathroom was unreasonably big. However, we did not want to place any of our baggages there.

The location was excellent, just few minutes walk to the nearby tram stops. While we were initially dissatisfied with the room size which looked much smaller than our expectation, the staff was considerate and helpful. She offered to provide us a free upgrade to a 1-room apartment when it was available on the next day. We stayed there for another two nights. The kitchenette was complete for preparing simple meals. Overall speaking, the place was worthwhile to stay. Last but not the least, we must thank Yan for her hospitality and helpfulness.

Being a ground floor room at the front of the property on the street, there was periodic late noise (middle of the night/very early morning) from people outside talking very loudly. This was coupled with the smell of smoking wafting in from outside.

Towels are very worn out/ torn so should be replaced, also not enough hooks/ rails to hang wet towels, would have liked to have had a toaster available as well. Would be useful to have a info card in the room showing how microwave, shower etc worked.

Excellent location, good facilities, helpful reception staff available at all times, easy to get in and out of with keycards, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Fan provided was very useful as room was overly hot.

The pillows were a bit too firm and high for us. It would be great to have the option of choosing a lower one, but I understand that everyone has different preferences.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. By walking or using public transportation, we reached everywhere within a few minutes. The rooms were modernly furnished. I especially appreciate the willingness of the staff to help us with the noise coming from the neighbors. Unfortunately, they were making a racket above us until 4 in the morning, so we couldn't get any sleep. However, the next day, the hotel allowed us to change rooms, for which we are grateful.

Room was a little cramped - nowhere to store our suitcases. Bathroom lights were on light sensors, but not dimmed night lights. That meant that in the middle of the night you were blinded by lights you had no control of if you used the bathroom. Noisy doors slamming all night (we were right above the main door so ask for a different room!) we used an app on the phone for a white noise machine to make it ok.

good for the price and the location was near public transport so easy to get around. Staff was lovely and helpful, room was clean.

Everything is good but the price? Too pricey for the room I was staying. (1st floor) but I can not complain about the bathroom though.

You had to ring the front desk to open the outer door of the appartement.

Location was great and the room (9) was spacious for my family. 2 adults and 2 kids.

The wifi was disappointing. Although we were on holiday, we had to check in with work and homework stuff so it was disruptive, we couldn't really do much in the room. The heaters in the rooms were also a bit unpredictable. There are no lifts in the property, we stayed on the ground floor.

Location was excellent, in the residential area of Fredericksplein with very good connectivity to to museums and Centraal Station, walkable to some very good restuarants. A very peaceful apartment. The kitchenette worked well, had the utensils we needed. Water pressure for the shower was strong and hot water was always available

It was a good choice. Little kitchen was practical and the cleaning servise was so good. Everything you need were in there.

Location far from centre Room was quite small - good for a couple but not so great for 2 friends

Air conditioning system. Apartment number 10 is very hot and there is no window in the bedroom to check. The hood in the kitchen did not work, which is why all the odors after cooking lingered in the room for a long time. There is no wardrobe or hanger for Izzy's clothes so clothes had to sit on the floor.

Very convenient location and pleasant and polite staff. Purely. They offered the possibility of changing apartments due to a malfunction of the kitchen hood.
