In retrospect - leaving too soon. Shower/toilet was tiny, though we appreciate that is down to the physical make up of the building. Really steep stairs - but again very friendly staff helped here when needed.

Right in the heart of Valkenburg and a great location for our visit. Very friendly reception from the outset and ALL staff were cheery and really helpful. Room view overlooked castle ruins. Restaurant: wide choice of food for all tastes and our choices proved to be absolutely delicious and extremely worth recommending. Very popular restaurant indeed including the breakfast club - breakfast for the few residents and any other visitors who wanted breakfast - really well attended by many satisfied folk.

The minus was the lack of a separating door between bathroom and bedroom. I have seen a similar setting in a B&B in Curaçao, but nowhere else. So worth checking beforehand the setting of you room.

The hotel is ideally located, in the city centre, though you cannot hear the noise of the street. It has at the ground level a nice restaurant, which serves some excellent steaks. The stairs leading to the 2nd and 3rd floor are quite steep, not recommended for large luggages. Rooms are nice, decent-size, comfortable beds. Bathroom was clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was served from 08:30 and as we had to leave earlier cannot say anything about it.

The room was very spacious and decorated very pretty. The breakfast was extra and not included in the stay but it was exceptional. Would do it again. The location is perfect. In the middle of where you want to be!

Stairs! Omg I know it's very duch but it was a bloody ladder. I took my mom on a trip and she struggled to get up there!

Nothing! Great place with friendly people

This hotel is located in the heart of the city center. The decor and rooms are lovely and very clean. The staff went out of their way to accommodate any requests. Overall a fantastic place for business or personal trip! The apartment served us well for meeting and dining since the public areas close at 5pm due to Corona restrictions. The staff brought up all of our meals and took fantastic care to ensure we were well taken care for.

Bathroom was small, I'm average build but had wiggle into the shower and the toilet is not for bigger people because its also verry small; 80cm or so from sink to wall. Breakfast was not verry tasty, which was kind off a let lt down. Dinner was better but not the greatest and left me with a bit of food poisoning. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs, because the rooms are noisy and not sound proof.

Right in the middle of the village and out on the plaza. Near to most things worth seeing such as the Roman catacombes, velvet cave, the castle, the mine museum. And nice decor in the restaurant and rooms, verry boho meets jungle.

The rooms are a little smaller than they seem in the pictures. The walls are quite thin. The staff are nice but are very busy with the restaurant and seem to know much less about the hotel side of things. I think it was a little expensive.

Location is great. It is on the main café Street but it wasn't loud. Right by the castle and on the same street as the restaurants. The beds were really comfy too and there is AC.

The room is really small, nothing like in the pictures. I think they gave us a small double room even when the reservation was for a normal double room so I recommend to clarify this well during the check in. They only do cleaning every 2 nights(we stayed 2 nights so no cleaning service for us) you only know that once you are in the room when staff should at least inform this during check in. There is a coffee machine but they only provide coffee for one use (2 cups) and as there is no cleaning there is also no refill. The pillows of the bed were old and incredibly uncomfortable. There is no proper reception area, you check in in the restaurant counter and it’s uncomfortable to walk through the restaurant with all the people eating every single time you need to leave/go to your room. Essentially I don’t recommend staying here.

The bed was really uncomfortable. Mattress really soft and the pillow old. Wish they took care of this comfort. Also they have a popular restaurant downstairs and the way to the room is through the restaurant when it is open. So it gets very chaotic with all the luggage etc.

The location was right in the center of all restaurants etc inside the walls.
