the sauna could have a water dispenser and during the check-in we didn't get the right shoes to go to the SPA area, but they made up for this minor issue because the staff was always very gentle.

the staff was very helpful in helping me to get back my sunglasses that I forgot in my room. The dinner was very good for an honest price. Parking is large and the hotel is well furnished with a nice taste. For me (living close to Amsterdam) it was a close destination where I could feel on holiday and relax for a weekend. Den Bosh center is also very nice.

Only one note, the airconditioning is extremely loud! It was hard to sleep through the noise. It was a warm night so for the comfort it would have been nice to keep it on but I couldn’t sleep though it. So I opened a window but then I very soon received lovely zooming visitors 🦟

I had a wonderful stay here. Its a beautiful hotel with lots of nature surrounding it. The staff is really lovely. Breakfast great with gluten-free bread options. I also had to suddenly shorten my stay due to family issues and they were extremely kind to only charge me for the nights that I stayed, and were very helpful making sure I could leave as soon as possible.

Very friendly staff. Both in restaurants as at reception. They go the extra mile. For working , note the wired connection in the rooms - always more reliable , a bonus to get some work done.

Booking.com says the hotel is super clean. I found the room cleaning, especially the state of the bathroom upon check in very basic (Ibis level). Hairs, water splatters. Breakfast buffet on Sunday morning looked small for the price. I had a feeling that for a Saturday night bar/restaurant was understaffed and the supplies were not in order (at 4pm they ran out of mint and lime).

Location is superb. Good swimming pool with more than enough towels. Attentive staff at the reception. My request was handled and followed-up on properly. Rituals hotel amenities smell wonderful. House wine choice is great, compliments to the F&B manager. Enough parking room and beautiful location.

Very friendly and attentive, professional staff that also have a sense of humor. The room was adequate, maybe a little outdated, but did not lack any standard facilities and was very clean. Although this hotel is geared towards business guests and conferences, in my opinion everybody can have a great stay here.

The bedrooms were not so clean, a bit of dust here and there . The airco was not working in our bedroom.

The location is nice and bed really comfortable. We have such a peaceful night. Friendly staff.

Very nice sauna and swimming pool. Opened from 6 am, but unfortunately the sauna had to be heated first - which took nearly 30 minutes. With energy conservation in mind, I understand why the staff doesn't heat it at 6 am, but taking a quick sauna in the morning didn't happen if you're the first. The room wasn't too suited to spend a lot of time in either, with only one sofa (two person room). However, we weren't in the room often anyway, and the rest of the hotel offers plenty of spaces in- and outside to sit and relax / read. Tea was missing in the room, but we managed getting tea downstairs and with help of the online manual of the Nespresso machine.

Very characteristic location, located on walking distance (1 or 2 km) from the center of St. Michielsgestel. Nice routes to get there without using the main road. Nice swimming pool (bit cold) and sauna facilities. Used as conference center, and as we were there on a public holiday, it was rather quiet and we had many of the facilities with a small group of guests.

Poor breakfast. You will need a Uber, Taxi or bring your own car. Our experience is that it is difficult to get hold of transport in the mornings.

It's a big conference hotel so although the reception is in the old classic house, the rest is modern and a bit cold and functional.

The swimming pool and spa area were closed due to some presumably renovation - this was not mentioned on booking.com. in the room the TV was not connected to Internet , thus no cast/stream option. Minibar empty and no bottle of water in the room . Breakfast has a minimal offer , but this might also be affected by a very low number of visitors (I presume) .

Remote location in a peaceful area . Nice sport facilities like 1 squash court , fitness room and tennis court. Easy drive to Den Bosch for a city visit/ museum.

For a superior room, I felt like it was a decent double but nothing special. Disappointed to find the bed was 2 single beds pushed together with a topper on top. There was a dip in the middle of the bed. The table in the room was surplus to requirements especially as there was no mirror on the table which would actually be really handy for women who want to sit whilst doing hair and makeup. The placement of the plugs is also very odd

The calm location was perfect for me. Great cycling tracks to s’Hertogenbosch and surroundings. The hotel is huge but loads of space. The room was comfortable. Loads of sport activities possible.
