Location to the airport was very convenient for our short stay. The morning breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was very modern in its use of technology both in the check in and how the room was laid out and in the use of an iPad yet it was user friendly

It is a typical airport hotel with limited atmosphere and small rooms. Fancy lights cannot hide that. The room is too expensive for what tou get but this is probably driven by the location and not by the quality of the hotel.

There's only one side of the bed available for getting out and because of its location so close to the airport it is expensive.

It's a funky hotel with very nice staff. Although the rooms are compact, the design makes good use of the space available.

Since I was coming from another trip (Ireland) I needed an accomodation to relax before taking my next trip to Serbia. I canceled another accomodation and made a reservation at citizenM and I do not regret at all. Service was nice, friendly people and excellent bed. The whole concept to handle everything through the tablet was also comfortable and easy to use. well done.

Room was very small making it difficult to place suitcases where you could access them if travelling as a couple. Lobby is very modern with lots of areas to relax

The beds were very hard but the pillows and comforter were wonderful. The bed is located in a corner. If a person sleeps closer to the corner, there is no place to plug in and access your phone through the night. The shower curtain is too short and after a shower there was a large puddle of water that needed to be cleaned up. The iPad is a great idea if it is charged up when you arrive. Ours was not. We plugged it in and left for the day. On return, it still would not work. We called and explained the problem including the inability to control the room temperature. After a second call 20 minutes later a new iPad arrived.

The location was perfect. 10 minute walk to the airport to catch an early morning flight. The value was very good. The hotel was modern and very clean. Check in and check out perfect.

The duvet felt like it was a little small for the bed but other than that, everything was good.

Within walking distance of the airport, really good for an early morning flight. Self check in and out was easy as and there is a staff member there if you need help. The ipad that controls the blinds etc was easy to work. Loved the black out blind and how you could the colours of the lights

Had to unplug the iPad charger to plug in my charger. May need one additional plug near bed, but that is a minor thing.

Nothing - everything was great. Took me a while to get used to the design since I didn't seriously look through the photos before booking.

This hotel has a very peculiar design. I was shocked when I entered our room. I guess they used creativity to manage space and create a new experience? Overall, I was happy with my stay. It was a new experience, which I enjoyed. They have a lot of lifestyle items for sale such as a pet pillow, intimacy cards, and other fun stuff. It is a place with its own culture. The staff members were all friendly and polite. It is a upbeat, hip hotel. Definitely not traditional, but worth experiencing. Attached are photos of the room.

That I literally just arrive, sleep, wake up early, and leave again. Only once I had time to enjoy the bar before going to bed. Only aspect to keep in mind for visitors is that some of the walk way to the airport is uncovered and so in bad weather (common for Holland) one can get a little wet.

I always stay at the citizenM when I have an urgent airport related need. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times in 2 years and it never disappoints! It is always a cost effective option compared to its on-site counterparts Sheraton and Hilton, but still is extremely comfortable with good food, good vibes and very comfortable. In all these times I have stayed I could never hear a neighbour's noise. Walls are nice and thick.

The direction on the website is really confusing! It took me 20 minutes to find the hotel instead of 3 minutes. If you ask me it should say exit the airport through arrivals 3-4 and turn right immediately and walk with the path. This is how easy it to get to the hotel but the explanation on the website tell you to go to the parking garage look for a wall it's to much and super confusing! The minute you turn right and walk for 1 minute you immediately see the hotel and the way there is clear.
