Not a clear idea on what's included in the price of the booking IE we were informed that breakfast was included but at the end they mentioned it wasn't which would have been great to know beforehand.

Great staff at the front desk, especially the German guy who learned himself English in five months. We had an upgrade to a really nice room with a nice view. The cafe was great, the kitchen was great, everything was great.

The staff was amazing and the room was exceptionally clean and had a nice view. The restaurant was really nice downstairs as well. Have to take a quick 10 minute bus from amsterdam centraal though. We didnt find the bus ride to be an issue but that’s something to be aware of.

Nothing not to like maybe a few things to fine tune. River views incur extra charges all studios not the same size and not reflected in cost. For us two single beds would have been better but this is an option in very few rooms.

Loved flexibility of apartment combined with convenience of hotel. Beautiful apartment well equipped , thoughtful drinks and drinks and snacks in fridge. Very comfortable bed and always hot water in the powerful shower. Very nice toiletries provided.staff are charming and so helpful, I had a slight accident on bike , concern all for me not the bike even remembered to check next morning. Westerpark is a very nice safe area.the deck outside is a lovely place to sit and watch the river.

The furniture in the lounge was very uncomfortable for any length of time and the stools at the breakfast bar were uncomfortable to eat from. A simple table and chairs would have been much more comfortable.

The staff were wonderful, particularly Luca and Rowan but all the staff were excellent. It was good to have facilities to prepare our own meals and not have to eat out as there aren't many places close by. There is a great supermarket just up the road. We had problems with our pickup and we greatly appreciated Luca making the calls for us to confirm as we were let down by our privately booked transport when we arrived in Amsterdam. Only a few bus stops away from Central Station to anywhere we wanted to go.

No other restaurants were near by. We were there for 6 days & didn’t want to eat every dinner at the hotel.

Very nice facility. Were were in a 2 BR 2bathroom with a living space & small kitchen area. The accommodations were really wonderful & very comfortable. The restaurant was also very nice. The personnel were fabulous!

Fantastic staff with beautiful spacious rooms which were exceptionally clean. The property is about a 30 minute walk from Amsterdam Central, this didn’t matter to us as we love walking but this may be an issue with others however I would choose this property every time due to its cleanliness and tranquility.

Breakfast was not as great as everything else: not so varied, really basic things like croissants and yogurt. I wish they had better salty options, as well as typical dutch food. They had fresh orange juice which I appreciated a lot, but not so much the coffee machine and the not so original tea selection. It is not located in the city centre: you need to get the bus(48,22) but it’s just 5ish stops to the Centraal. We liked the neighbourhood a lot but we agree that we didn’t have many services near us, just an Albert Hejin, a bar bistrot and a coffee shop. We personally didn’t have any problem at all, but we admit it wasn’t that practical after a whole day wandering.

Loved the view, the neighbourhood, the staff, the comfortness and the interior designing of the apartment. The whole aesthetic of the hotel left me speechless of how beautifully was created and assembled: from the design to the services(laundry room, reception, spa, gym, barber), from the entrance to the apartment. The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped of everything: salt and pepper, glasses, wineglasses, a nice oven, coffee and tea, even dutch kitchen recipe books. The staff is a well prepared: they gave us directions and suggestions and tried to accommodate everything we requested, if not possible, they gave us an alternative and they were always polite while keeping it informal. They responded always immediately. The cherry on top was the birthday card with brownie with baloons they left in my room for me. It was such a kindhearted act, I really appreciated. It wasn’t planned and I haven’t said anything. A super pro was that ginormous hall: an open space which includes part of the kitchen, reception, breakfast area, cocktail bar and different comfort areas where to just hang out and relax in nice sofas, fireplace included.

Nice big room. Comfy bed and very clean. Liked the decor. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty. In a quiet area. Easy to get public transport or walk to some nearby places for breakfast.
