Check-in staff weren't that polite; the property is located in a logistics park with no other properties around; no air conditioning (you had to open a window with no screen); and no information provided regarding restaurants in the area. Not really a customer friendly atmosphere.

We did get an early check in; the property had an elevator; the location of the property was fairly quiet; it appeared to be a safe and well-lit outside area; and with the help of our computer we found some interesting neighborhoods within walking distance.

Breakfast should be included; more helpful staff at front desk; location of property; a twenty-minute minimum walk to dining options; and no shuttle provided to and from airport.

This property was located in a "logistics" park out in the middle of nowhere. We did find dining (thru computer website) within a 20-minute walk to a small town. The room was "ok" but no air-conditioning and had to open a window to catch a breeze. The taxi ride to the hotel was $77 which seemed excessive given the airport was in-sight. Would recommend future guests ask the cab driver for a price prior to getting into the cab. Although the front desk check-in staff allowed us entry to the room prior to the official check-in time, they were not overly helpful. We asked one staffer if they could lend us an umbrella so we could walk to a restaurant and they said they didn't make those available. Later, on our way out the door between rain showers, a staffer did offer us an umbrella so there seemed to be an inconsistency there. Anyway, for the price of approximately $100 a night it was an ok property but we would choose to stay elsewhere next time.

I would not rate the hotel as a 4 stars, more likely to be a 3 stars. No room amenities (body cream, shower caps, etc) also, if you forgot an adaptor (we are from the UK) the hotel would have a selection of adaptors to be purchased,

The room, the breakfast room and the hotel overall was very clean. There was plenty of parking spaces and the staff was really friendly (my most sincere thanks and admiration to the ladies working the breakfast room, it was extremely busy on Sunday and they were working relentlessly). Beds were comfortable and pillows not bad, towels exchanged daily. Location is god for people connecting flights or travellers, not great for people looking to go back and forth from Amsterdam.

I like the location, it's far from the city, yet easy to reach by public transport. Even though the hotel was close to Schiphol, we were able to sleep comfortably. Our room has good amenities and we had a nice breakfast. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

There was a fraud regarding the booking. The booking included 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids, one room was booked with breakfast for 2 days for 3 people and the hotel denied the booking of the breakfast and denied to refund even after showing the proof. They also asked to pay city tax eventhough I paid it during my booking. Luckily I had screenshort of this particular payment. It's very unfortunate incident and spoiled our trip as we couldn't tolerate this kind of fraud behaviour just for little money. Please be careful during booking and take payment proofs of breakfast and citytax separately as this is not mentioned in your confirmation and the hotel together with booking.com can make those specific payment options disappear from your account as per their requirement.

All in all it is quite expensive, since we had to pay 180€ for one night.

The hotel offers a very good breakfast and the parking in front of it was free.
