Though breakfast was included, my daughter and I only went the first morning. It was more than expected, but not great tasting. We only ate at the restaurant once because though affordable it just was not good. It is lacking in quality and taste. There is not much nearby for shopping or sightseeing so be prepared to use the buses, taxis, or Uber.

Wi-Fi was strong and secure. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony facing the water park. The shade for the patio door to the balcony was a true black-out shade. The waterpark on site is worth its weight in gold; we spent many hours there so the booking that included access was well worth it. The food offered at the splash park was better than the food offered at the hotel restaurant. Additionally, there is a bus stop conveniently located immediately outside the property. The staff is friendly and efficient. Some staff there speak English, however, none of the front desk staff (at the time) knew English. Google Translate was helpful here!

Rooms.on the East side of the building are noisy, with staff, guests and the highway passing nearby. Ask for a room on the other side of the building (poolside).

The water in the pools was cold.

The park was a few feet away from the rooms. The kids enjoyed the pools and shows at the water park. The experience with the seals was great. The kids could not ride the waterslides due to age.

Nicer/newer towels in bathroom. I didn't really want to use them. We didn't realize that there was a separate pool with lounge chairs at the back - we went to the Splash park by mistake to read and relax and there was nowhere to sit. Only found the other pool the next morning before leaving. The comforter on the bed was old - updating the comforter would make the room look fresher and newer. Bed was comfortable.

We wanted to be closer to the airport and this hotel was in a good location. We chose an inexpensive room (1 night only) and it was what we paid for - very basic. The only windows were above the door and so the room was dark. We kept the door open while in the room to get more light in. There is a pool and breakfast included - good value for money! I'm sure the rooms on upper floors would be much nicer! There was a small fridge in the room and flat screen TV. Internet was great! Service at front desk was very helpful. Location was good for getting the bus and the overpass was right there to get to the other side of the highway (for the other direction).

For the price it is good value for the kids . You must be 1.4 meters to use the waterside for safety so keep that in mind when your coming

Have been there before.. The waterpark is fun - food - drinks - slides and activities lots to do .. Its a fun experience. Good to know some Spanish as the english is limited, but its just plain fun..

the add said water park it was included and breakfast but neither was included we had to paid extra for the three days and we only wanted to use the water park one day we had other things to do outside the water park so we only use it i once but they told as to pay for the days

Some of the rooms are under constructions, so if you're staying in the room during daytime it will be a little noisy, in daytime we are in the water park or traveling around so it doesn't bothering us.

That's really lovely place in the water park is amazing! The stuff is amazing and are willing to help in anything you need. They are giving traditional breakfast or pancakes + orange juice or coffee. We planned to stay here for 3 days and because our daughters was asking we extended it for 2 weeks. The place is feeling very safe and it's very safe to walk around in this area and there is a lot of local and cheap restaurants. Here you are getting more than you paid for, we are definitely going to come back here in the next year. It is important to take a quadro room with a view to the water park, the regular two people room have no view at all.

Good water pressure and friendly staff are about the only positive points of this establishment. Everything else is cheap with a capital "C".

Children were running around and screaming at all times of the night. It's not the hotel's fault but a curfew would be a good idea. I was woken by children at play knocking at my door at 1am. I looove children btw, but this was just too much.

The staff at the front desk did not speak any English, and it took about 15 min to convince her that we had already paid for the room through booking.com

It was an awesome place and would highly recommend it. Close to the airport and the free breakfast was good. The kids loved the water park and so did my wife and I. The people were very friendly and Rene was awesome too. Thanks Rene for making our stay a good one.

Rooms have no windows so it seems you are in a bunker, which isn't mentioned anywhere and the walls are thin so you can hear everything from adjacent rooms. In addition, they are pretty worn down and in need of a large scale refurbishment - beds made of concrete with a mattress on top, etc. The tickets for the aqua park not worth the money. The park openes at 10 am, while the slides are opened at 11 am for some reason. The boat in the kids pool is falling apart and the whole park is in desperate need of investment. Better to save the money and go to the numerous beaches in Vallarta. All things considered, priced way higher than it should be.

The food was not great and no where close by to grab other food.
