Our room had two single beds so we had to move them around ourselves. Also, it smelled like someone had been smoking in there (lightly).

It was a little bit low pressure of water in our shower room, so washing long think hair was not easy. The provided flip flops for SPA were not brand new, only washed, which was not the hygienic level we would expect.

Wonderful SPA, we had a great relaxing time. Tasty breakfast. I love fresh flowers on our table :) The hotel uses my favourite Rituals cosmetics, which was a very pleasent surprise.

The ceaseless humming bass sound (not possible to call it 'music') was a big torture till 02:00 am, coming from the clubs on the street..

It was very hot in the bedroom. We asked the boy at the recepción to help us to buy online bus tickets and he was not able to do it, with excuses like that his computer account didn't allow to access the bus station website. I offered my laptop to do it and he sent us to the bus station to buy them.

Hotel Alexandar Lux is a brilliant place to stay right in the heart of Podgorica's downtown area. The hotel is right in the middle of a clean, vibrant area full of shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was a very good size, very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was also very good, with a range of food on offer. We didn't make use of the spa facilities, although it looked clean and well-equipped from what we saw.

The noise. It's very unfortunate as it's not something the hotel can fix but there are a lot of night clubs in the area, some open roofs, which play extremely loud music until 4:30 am. We have travelled to a lot of cities and stayed above clubs and never heard as much noise as this. I suspect most of the noise is from the clubs with no roof as they will naturally have no sound proofing. It's a shame because it's not the fault of the hotel, but we feel like we have to mention it to allow others to make a decision on whether or not they can live with it. There was no noise from the hotel itself and once the music stopped at 4:30 am it was blissfully silent.

The room was large and comfortable, with good facilities, more like an apartment than a hotel room in terms of amenities like a full kitchen. The staff were very nice and helpful, giving us food recommendations and sorting our onward travel. Breakfast was good, the room it's served in might be a little small in peak season but it was nice and quiet for us.

They were not prepared as we arrived. There were towels on the floors. We did not get enough towels, pillows and blankets for four persons. The lady at the breakfast was really rude with us. But the biggest problem was the unbearable noise at the night. It was on Friday and Saturday night. I have the feeling that I would like to sleep in a middle of a disco.

The location was perfect. We really liked the breakfast, it was various.

The rooms were not so pretty, and could need a changeing in furniture, rugs and need a deep clean in the showers. But overall definitely alright!:)

The spa was really great! Suprised me how nice it was - beautiful astetic, nice changeing rooms, seemed clean and had lovely relaxing spa music. And the room was OK, but not so pretty and perhaps the rugs in the room and showers could need a deep cleaning:) But not nasty in any way, just not suuuper clean.

Used spa area late(9pm), it didn't have clean glasses and the area needed some attention Our room, 108, had a tiny window and smallish bed, we saw other rooms with larger windows/beds. Door was loose in frame allowing noise and light through. Would also have liked access to a room with a table to work at as there were two of us and only one chair in the room. Small things, overall a good stay.

Staff helpful, efficient and friendly. Large breakfast selection. Spa area welcome addition. Room clean and bathroom we'll appointed.

The property itself is great but proximity to restaurants makes it noisy overnight. I heard most hotels in the area suffer from this noise and music. We could not sleep.

The courtyard was quite noisy from the air conditioning and music from the surrounding area. The shower was leaking badly. We thought we'd play ping-pong, but the table was folded. Kids can't go in the pool after 2:00 pm.

A lovely hotel right in the center of the city, on a pedestrian street. Lots of restaurants close by, but no disturbing noise etc. Very nice people at the desk. The breakfast buffet was tasty...AC and WiFi worked without problems.
