It was too cold before lightening the fireplace. Sofa in the living room broken, very hard to extend it.

The smell of the water was strange in the bathroom. There was a kettle but no teas/coffee provided. Luckily we had our own tea otherwise would have been a huge disappointment. I would recommend providing teas/coffe/sugar for guests.

The location is stunning! Our room had a fireplace which was an absolute highlight and selling point. There were electric heaters which made the place warm in December. The bed was comfy and there is a lot of space in this apartment. The staff were really nice and friendly. There was a fridge, kettle, plates, cutlery and microwave in the room so we were able to have breakfast as there is nothing nearby, you have to drive about ten minutes to town.

It was very cold in the house, there was no central heating

We arrived late at night in the rain and only in the morning we discovered what a picturesque and atmospheric place we were in. I enjoyed walking around the area at dawn!

It was a little cold. There is a floor heating in the bathroom, but in the bedroom it wasn't, or at least I couldn't find it. There was a problem with the chair, but I guess they didn't notice it (It wasn't a problem, I am writing here, because I hadn't chance to see the lady from reception n the morning to inform her).

The location is excellent. I have a very good room. Bed is comfortable. Nice terrace, beautiful view. Even the fact that the weather wasn't good, I enjoyed of the stay. The lady of the reception was super kind and helpful. There is also coffee for free (very nice coffee!). Easy reception..

That some rooms or cottages as they call, do not have toilet and shower. I was not aware of that until I arrived. And is not mentioned on the site.

The cafeteria on the territory has not a variable menu, and the food was just 3 stars of 5. No other variants to have a dinner on this area, another places are just far.

It was an amazing relax! Beautiful place and nice comfortable room. Private beach is another great place here. Very good territory with trees and very quiet.

The only one thing is to improve is unpleasant smell of WC water.

Exceptionally nice and relaxing place with very professional security guard and local restaurant service. Good value breakfast,lunch,dinner are available in the restaurant. Since the territory of Trakų slėnis is huge, private beach is something special where you can meet many people coming from different countries.

One of the four beds was broken- luckily we were able to fix it ourselves as it was late in the night. There was not always paper in the toilets. Water was rusty, probably due to old plumbing. No possibilities to recycle waste.

Wonderful location, beautiful flowers and vegetation, good sand beach for swimming. Table and chairs in front of the bungalow handy. Friendly staff.

The cafe was closed and the restaurants/ shops only opened from 10.30-11 so we couldn't find anywhere to get food

Not all the light were working. At night the path to the toilets was dark. Also I wold prefer in terrace a table and the chairs instead of two sun-beads.

I was surprised that bungalow was so clean, beads was so comfortable, all linen and towels good quality and clean. Toilets and showers were separate, but condition is good and clean, all needs are there. We were lucky because a cafe just opened and meal and staff was nice.

We were 4 different Family’s arriving at this location.So everyone did get different room to compare. we booked room for 4 people and my sister as well, in one room nr.6 was fully equipped kitchen and in the other one nr.7 just microwave and fridge,that information was not included in the description. Our bathroom shower doors was so hard to open and close that I was scared that I’m gonna stuck there once. Sauna had a lot of holes , so we needed to heat it very hard to get it on expected heat. Hard to climb stairs for children.

Very beautiful location. we loved the sandy beach and a lot of private space. We got the room Nr. 6, with private beach in front the Hause and private sauna. in the room we’re everything - starting from good located bathroom until fully equipped kitchen and bed sofa in the living room.

The cafe was not working for some reason, so to eat we either needed to buy the food in Trakai or just eat out. This was not mentioned in the website. The water slide was also not working, would be great for the kids. In general the quadruple room is expensive - I paid less for a 4-start hotel in the heart of Vilnius old town with breakfast.

Very good location and surroundings. Our family enjoyed the forest, the lake. We we were able to rent a kayak and reach the Trakai castle island in just 25 minutes. Trakai is very near by - 5 minutes by a car.
