When we book online we stay in a room upstairs for 1 night, not happy with it at all. Room small, no furniture, darker room, very little water and cold shower. Fridge was not working. Once they change our room, everything was much better!

The location is good, the musk is next door but does not bother much. Great staff. We stayed for 6 nights. Their restaurant have live music and good food. Not the best place for cocktails but food is ok. Go for it but make sure you stay in the rooms in front of the pool.

So I hate writing a bad review but wantbti educate anyone staying. 1. The Mosque is no more than 30 metres away with speakers that are heard over the Island, now imagine sleeping on those speakers. Expect early morning wakeups around 4am and they are louder than a jumbo landing in your bedroom 2. Just behind is the gili backpackets nightclub, again if you want sleep before 12pm try somewhere else. 3. It was a very basic room that was fairly clean but needed some maintenance 4. Breakfast was nice but basic served on dirty tables, maybe take breakfast in your room 5. The property needs some real money spent on it. We stated upstairs and don't dare rely on the handrail as they are not secure and a small breeze would knock them over. 6. No pool towels, no toilet paper, no daily service, if you want clean towels you have to take them down to be changed over, your bath towels also double as your pool towels. If you want toilet paper you again have to ask. Just some basics you would expect were available. Take all if this into account when booking this hotel.

If you are into partying then this location is perfect with every venue within seconds ready for you. The pool was nice.

Woke up every morning to the prayers at 5am as it’s directly opposite the hotel. It was very loud

The breakfast included was extremely basic and not great. We had a few power cuts during our stay. We also had lots of ants coming in through the bathroom. Also be aware that this hotel is right by the mosque and there are several very loud calls to prayer throughout the day and night. The speaker for the calls is right by the hotel. We didn’t experience one full nights sleep during our stay. It’s much quieter just a bit further along the island.

Excellent location right opposite the beach. Nice pool area. Laundry service and bikes available to hire. Live music plays on the beach here most nights which is worth a watch.

They had trouble with electrics so wifi and aircon patchy but they did try to fix it as soon as possible.

The shower was broken but we managed to use it by tying the pipes together with hair bands!!

Amazing location with a. Great swimming pool which we used everyday once the sea had gone out. The staff were also very helpful!

The place is next to a mosque - be ready to be woken up by prayers (dependent on how deep you sleep). Aircon had to be fixed and some furniture was broken. The staff helped to fix all of them promptly (in one room even replaced the aircon).

Reasonable value for money place for Gili holidays. Middle of the "town" (beach were everything is), good location and accessibility. Staff was helpful (though limited English) to accommodate our requests and helped everywhere they could. Especially good if you want to go in the evening.
