No hanger to hang my clothes. The door lock is a bit dubious. Maybe can look into securing the door a little more safely. But I did have a husky guarding my door at night.

The mattress used is not good, like a sponge mattress, it makes my waist hurt and i can't rest well. For breakfast, I ordered fried rice but it turned out the rice was not cooked well. Still tasted half-baked.

The staff is 5🌟 friendly and kind... the rooms and yard are clean, the swimming pool is good by the lake, the view there is nice

Poor pressure in the shower, you will find a bucket to wash. Animals walk on the roof and around at night, you can hear it a lot, and of course please take care of your animals it's a pity to watch thin cat and dog after giving birth

The best what you can find at this price in this region. Amazing view and heated pool is the only plus, however they offer a service for the morning climbing to Mount Batur at a really good price

We took 2 rooms. 1 room had a comfortable bed with good bathroom. The other room had no drainage in bathroom & the bed made big noises and had a dip in the centre as if it was almost broken.

The hot pool was amazing, with easy steps to a pool for older person and knee replacement person 😁 The staff tried so hard to keep us happy. The flies in Kintamani region are prevalent at this time due yo fertiliser being used in the farms. Be prepared with lots of fly sprays and some understanding towards the situation as its nobody’s fault that this is happening.

Sink drain leaked and smelt with a bucket underneath. toilet leaked when flushed which is also is the shower room. The flies are unbearable in the day time but that is all Kintamani. Seen cats in the restaurant kitchen on the tables where food is prepared.

The property keeps a dog in the shed close to my room and the dog was chained all day and night and it kept barking all night long that I could not get any sleep. The owner and the staff should foresee that this will create the problem to guests and prevent this from happening. I was told that the dog is fierce and nobody can move it except the owner who happened to be away. There is no staff at the property to take care of the situation especially during the night. I booked for 2 nights and after the first night I demanded that the problem must be solved or else I will move out and demand a refund.

They use really harsh cleaning chemicals and there's no vent in the bathroom, so there's always a chemical smell. My room was very dark. All the guest bedroom doors were terribly squeaky, and since many people took the 3:00 a.m. tour to see the sunrise from the top of the volcano, the noise was extremely annoying. There are a huge number of flies in the area, so you need an electric fan or a hand-held fan to protect your food. Not wheelchair accessible. Very isolated, and the roads to get there have lots of potholes and loose rocks.

Very comfortable bed. There's a small pool that's heated with volcano water (same as you could pay high rates for at the hot springs next door, but free here). The restaurant uphill on the second floor has a great view of the lake. The guest rooms had beautiful carvings on the doors, which were made in a traditional fashion out of a single slab of wood (including the hinges). Generally quiet. The air was pretty clean, and there was a wonderful breeze every day. Not muggy at all. The Internet was slow but pretty dependable during the daytime.

The accommodation is quite modest and the bathroom is in very poor condition. But for that small price, you shouldn't expect much more. If the goal is to spend the night before hiking M. Batur, then the location is excellent. The owner is also very close to the starting point and the owner found us a guide at a great price.
