A few small details could have been improved, we were a group of 6 but were only given 4 towels, pool was extremely chlorinated (turned white swimwear green) and would have been helpful to have a few basics in the kitchen e.g. cooking oil and salt. For the area it felt good value but in other parts of Bali a similar price would include breakfast and daily cleaning (the villa was cleaned once for us during a 4 day stay).

Very attractive villa and garden in a great location. The air conditioning and ceiling fans were great for cooling down. We had a baby and small child and the room set up worked well for us (no stairs and bedrooms not too close to the pool).

photos were a little deceptive -pool looked bigger than it was ,photos of breakfast were included but breakfast was not included (after re looking at booking it did state this but we thought it was a little off) other smaller accomodations were in the same place run by the same owners which was fine but there was a service room or something on the back of one of the bedrooms and it meant we had random banging and clunking noises on occasion sometimes late at night and also work was being done on the roof for a few days and they accessed it via a ladder which was placed right next to our bathroom window!. one of the main disappointments was no aircon in the living area!!

There was a long power cut and property does not have power generator .. and due to this, water supply was also disrupted.. there was no water in toilets, kitchen basin at all for hours. Host is not reachable on given contact number for emergencies as it goes to voice mail

Finding the villa was a bit of a challenge & thankfully our taxi driver was able to speak to the onsite staff for us to understand where the entrance to the villa was. For a villa that can sleep 8 people, we found they could have had more seating area. The outside table only had 5 seats (we had to carefully carry the extra 3 chairs down from the mezzanine level) & the day bed, although fabulously big, could have done to have a cushion seat on it. Although there are 2 showers, one is actually situated in a step down bath, which didn't suit us. Probably not suited to more than 6 guests.

The breakfast options were excellent & so much food provided! The garden area & pool was lovely. Most beds were comfortable. The onsite staff were super lovely & helpful - although we had some difficulties with language barrier, we did manage to converse with them. One of our family members was very unwell & we the onsite staff were incredibly helpful with contacting local Medic to come to our villa & do a consult. Great location around the back of The Cashew Tree & some great cafe's / restaurant's within walking distance.

Definitely the noise. Between the construction next door going on even on Saturday and Sunday and the neighbour's AC motor (I think), there was never a minute of silence, I could barely hear my husband when sitting outside. Neighbours spraying pesticide in their villa and the chemicals coming right onto the pool and my children. I spotted a cockroach, a medium sized spider and a big gecko inside the house, but I guess that's just Bali, right? No parking for cars Ceiling fans in the living area don't work properly, but there is a pedestal fan that does the job.

Beautiful villa Hosts left us a beautiful basket of fruit upon arrival, which was a nice touch Kitchen was very clean, as was the rest of the house. The garden and the chill out area are beautiful. Indoor living and bedroom access from the inside

I do not recommend this place at all. There is zero care or service from the owners. The AC in the bedrooms dont work, lights broken in the bedroom and when I contacted staff I never got a reply, the staff also won’t attend to your simple needs like refill the water gallon. There are plenty of amazing places in Bingin that would be a far more enjoyable stay. I had just come out of surgery and booked this place to recoup and I was highly disappointed. I didn’t want to post a bad review but I felt I needed to inform others this isn’t as good as it seems in photos.

Pool and outdoor area are lovely to relax in of an afternoon and it’s a good location.

We found a few mosquitoes got into the house through small gaps between doors, so I would recommend bringing insect repellent.

We loved staying at Villa Tom and Lucie and wished we had booked for longer. The villa was spacious and light, and we loved the coastal decor. It had plenty of room for our family of 5, and could easily sleep up to 7 with its 3 large bedrooms. It was a good setup for families with children, as all of the bedrooms were next to each other. The garden was beautiful with a perfect pool and tropical planting, and it felt very private, a great place to relax. The location was great. It was closer to Bingin beach than expected, a 5-minute walk from the clifftop, and next door to the Cashew tree, a great family-friendly restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The house came with pool and bath towels, and we enjoyed the welcome fruit bowl. We thought the villa was excellent value, and I would really recommend it to families!

There wasn’t much that we didn’t like.

The relaxed yet spacious accommodation. It’s just enough away from the hustle and bustle to get away from it all, but close enough to cheaply get around and walk to restaurants and beaches.

we stayed in this villa with our family on the 8th may 2023 on our second day our villa was broken into . There was no forced entry and a key had been used. We had $5000 in cash stolen from this villa . I did not contact the host,she contacted me once finding out what happened and her response to our family being robbed in her villa was “I have heard what has happened and I hope you know we are not responsible” there was no concern shown at all . We felt unsafe in the villa with our children ,someone had watched us for two days then when we went to lunch went in with a key and robbed us . We feel that staff were involved somehow as it was very calculated and a key was used. We didn’t make a police report as our insurance doesn’t cover cash and if you have been to Indonesia you know that making a police report achieves nothing . We have been coming to Indonesia for 20 years and this has never happened to us before ,it was incredibly saddening and very frightening .
