That they took out 2 x 3 seater and replaced with 1 3 seater for five adults Reckon that the other couches need to be washed

It was great having the pool but it seem not to get clean often. The local was great too

We had to ask on day 3 to clean the rooms but once it was established that the rooms needed to be cleaned daily it was done. Cleaning could have been more thorough. It was a struggle to get clean pool towels but I think that's because the owners won't buy more. But if you have villas with a pool, towels need to be supplied. The pool needs to be cleaned better as well.

The location is fantastic. Close to some amazing restaurants. The staff are all very friendly and would do anything for you. The villa is exactly like the photos. Very roomy and comfortable and very private. Even though there is some negatives I feel if they are sorted this place is perfect. Yes I would stay again.

When you flush the toilet, there's a smell. We saw a mouse trying to eat our food near the stove.

The air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms were unable to cope with the high temperatures and humidity. The downstairs bedroom was adequately cooled.

The dustbin was not cleared prior to our stay. Mozzies in the area. Only the rooms are air-conditioned. A stand-fan is provided in living room which is not enough for such a big area. Suggestion - to provide Netflix.

The location is good. Near to town and amenities. The villa is clean and big. The rooms are spacious and clean. Most essentials are provided for. The reception is friendly and helpful.

When I booked the pictures showed a 2 story property, although it didn’t state 2 stories the photos were a little misleading.

No bottle opener. No pool towels. Had to ask for cleaners to come in. Only asked on 3rd day if we wa timed cleaners..

Affordable, central, good size rooms and excellent beds. Air conditioning was good. Pool was clean, fridge and stove/sink were good. Beach was within walking distance.plenty restaurants nearby with quality foods.

The pool could be maintained better. There were lots of leaves/twigs in the pool.

The property was really spacious & was really close to the heart of Seminyak. Everything was within walkable distance. The staff were exceptional as well & were prompt in answering our queries/requests. Will definitely be back.

I liked almost everything but can see them improving in how clean things are kept. Cutlery/plates and pots should be cleaned more thoroughly and the cups/mugs and glasses had overuse marks throughout them that do not wash out with dishwashing soap. If more attention is paid to them, this villa would score 10/10 perfect

As a lot of the property is open, so expect to see rats, insects, etc. One night, our room even had a really bad smell like of a dead animal.

The villa is huge and the location is in the middle of seminyak. Bed is cozy. Villa ambience are cozy and relaxing.

You can hear neighbours talking and dogs barking. Can be noisy at night.

Amazing place and close to the main strip. Easy to get around. Big pool, security and helpful staff.
