We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaNot really a negative as such but it’s a very modern and standard city hotel in design, so maybe not for you if you’re looking for something that feels Balinese.
Very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Excellent condition, seems like it might be almost new. Fantastic location if you want to be central to Legion-Seminyak. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Also had great extras like free mini-bar, quality buffet (including a chef making eggs to order), great gym and rooftop pool.

Location was great for walking. Plenty of restaurants, massage and coffee within a short distance. Rooftop pool was nice with a gym looking onto it.

AustraliaThe road next to the hotel is very busy and the walking pathway is rather narrow - we had to be careful walking and crossing the road. Fortunately only for a short distance.
Breakfast was tasty with great variety. Good location overall with walking disctance to beach, and lots of shopping and good restaurants nearby.

United KingdomIt’s a bit noisy, get a room in the back of the hotel. Didn’t get to do yoga or aqua aerobics as they all happened about 4 pm when it was too hot. This would be better in the morning.
Staff are amazing and hotel has lots of facilities. Very varied breakfast. Not far from restaurants and bars. We used Grab app to get around.

Amazing hotel. Forget about the villas in Bali, staff are amazing and attentive. Clean rooms, air con is ice cold, cold enough to freeze my boyfriend who is constantly sweating. Location is great too for the price, super spacious room, and bathroom. Free daily waters and soft drink, shisha and the rooftop infinity pool is killer. We’ll be back.
