Wasn’t aware that there was so many steps to get to and from our room. Not a big issue but would probably suggest booking a room closer to the top of the property if you have an issue with stairs.

Nothing at all. Bar & restaurant finish around 8pm as it is a quiet place unlike the rest of Bali so just keep this in mind.

We had the most beautiful stay here! We stayed for 3 nights & most importantly before we did the Mt Batur hike. 30mins away from trail start. Hotel staff greeted us with a welcome drink which was so beautiful. We were so well looked after. They also helped us arrange transport for our day trips to Ubud (1 hour away), Mt Batur & helped arrange local laundry. We availed of the spa & had a couple massage which was beautiful. We got afternoon coffee and a snack which was a complimentary service. The room and views are breathtaking. We woke for the Dawn chorus at 5:30am.. the sounds are blissful. We ate here each night - food and drink were delicious. A perfect place to stay in the very quiet part of Bali - a perfect place if that’s what you need in between a busy travel time.

I liked everything. If you are not very mobile though it would be difficult as there are lots of steps. For us it was fine.

Beautiful place. Really worth it to stay here. Definitely book the Sento, it's gorgeous. Staff very friendly and professional. Restaurant food good quality. Hot water bottles at night. Truly an exceptional place.

Gorgeous place and close enough to ubud too. Not too many other facilities or restaurants, but the staff is so helpful . They help in planning your tours, arrange drivers, help you feed the koi fish, get ur laundry done, etc. the view is insane! Loved our stay here. Also find the rosemary shrubs in the restaurant area. So fragrant!!

Nothing really made me unhappy or unsatisfied

This place is a piece of heaven !! i like being surrounded by the forest. I recommend this hotel If you would like to have the experience of being in the nature with the ambient sound of the creatures and the rain in a tree house -like room , especially at night !! very peaceful and quite if you want to be away for awhile from the busy life. I had 3 silence days phase at the hotel and I was taken very good care of by the staff , all are friendly and helpful with smile on their faces all the time. The breakfast has menu of different varieties, i enjoyed the kintamani's breakfast. Would love to come again whenever I am in Kintamani,

It’d be great to have a wardrobe / cupboard or more shelves for longer stays + longer open restaurant (though the staff always made sure to ask if we wanted to order before last order when we were on our way back from trips)

Great location in a beautiful misty pine forrest + beautiful traditional joglo houses that were brought from Java create a magical vibe. Very nice food. Kind and attentive personnel. Nice areas for families with games. Hot pool. Great view from the balcony with gamelan music coming from the village in the distance in the evenings.

❤️❤️❤️ everything about this place, whilst the weather was so bad we couldn't do our hike, it was such an awesome hotel that it didn't matter... first and foremost the staff/hotel are continually providing over and above extras... this will sound weird for Bali, but blankets on arrival ( yes... it was that cold) A hot local chai type tea (on arrival) hot water bottles placed in the beds at turn down, chocolate in the mini bar... service & spa was just excellent, restaurant meals and breakfast was excellent... such an amazing unexpected stay for Bali as we didn't expect weather conditions

Everything is so perfectly fine. Nothing that we dislike at all.

Love everything about this place, this means what a lovely stay. So astounding. Everybody in the villa is so welcoming. Managed to get some birthday celebration deco for my mum and she loves it. Definitely have to come here again with my husband!! Thank you Ayu for assisting me and my family. This trip has been challenging for me travelling with elderly and kids only but the team has been very helpful to assist.

The property is located on the side of a hill so be prepared for many stairs but that is totally fine for most people.

Upon arriving at the treehouse reception you are greeted by the wonderful staff that explained everything we needed to know about things to do and the facilities on the tranquil rainforest property. There is not much around but the food was exceptional along with the helpful and friendly staff. We were made to feel very welcome for the entire stay. Our sunrise jeep tour was totally worth it and the clifftop coffee houses were incredible. We will never forget the views and coffee was fantastic. Highly recommended for 2 or 3 days.

Amazing property, felt magical, peaceful and very relaxing. Had an amazing Balinese massage at the spa, enjoyed the afternoon tea in tea room, amazing view from restaurant. The whole place was incredibly quiet - I think also because we went at a less busy time. Staff all so lovely and helpful. We got an upgrade to a bigger suite which was so amazing, very grateful for the generosity of the accomodation. They provided free additional water to the room and allowed food to be brought down to the room when I was unwell. Suksema!

Very peaceful location, surrounded by forest. We stayed in the Superior King Room which was very spacious and comfortable, and had a beautiful treehouse feel. It was the perfect stay for us the day before we did the Mt Batur sunrise hike.
