Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is excellent, conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and, most importantly, within walking distance from Waterbom! The staff were lovely and very accommodating with luggage storage. The airport transfers were punctual, which was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here for a few nights upon arriving or leaving Bali.

New ZealandLocation is not the best and we had kind of cultural shock because of terrible traffic near the hotel when arrived. Later we got used to it, also hotel staff at the parking can help to cross the busy road. So much rubbish on the main street of Kuta, not a problem of the hotel but I believe hospitality businesses could try to do something about that, maybe with the help of government. Such a beautiful island with its captivating culture deserves to be a clean place.
We spent 1 week in this lovely boutique hotel and everything was great including breakfasts, restaurant dinners, massages, swimming pool and room service. The staff is very kind and helpful. Given that the hotel is not that big, we felt like home away from home. Free transfer from/to the airport was a good bonus. Thank you, we had a great time in Vira Bali!
