We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The pool is literally outside your apartment if you’re on the ground floor. It’s not at all huge so not overrun with crowds of people in the pool or walking around. Our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh linen. Staff were very friendly & helpful at all times. We had the free breakfast with plenty of really good varied options. Location is good for stall shopping, restaurants & bars. I really enjoyed my stay at The Niche Also there is a lovely lady who does laundry at a very reasonable price just outside the entrance on the right

AustraliaThe rooms need maintenance, needed toilet fixed as would not flush and the cable plugs are not near the beds which is very inconvenient. The toilet paper rolls are tiny and had to keep asking for more. There was no place to hang towels when used in the bathroom. The breakfast was not worth it, the choices limited and not good.
The quiet serene pool area with a heated pool was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean.

AustraliaBeds were kind of hard/uncomfortable. Air con was on 24/7 but struggled to keep the room cool. Not a huge menu for lunch/dinner options but it was satisfactory!
Value for money. Pool was clean. Staff were really nice. Room was cleaned daily. Lots of options for breakfast included in our room price! Food was quite decent. We will definitely return!

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Legian but surprisingly quiet and serene. Rooms are a good size, pool and surrounds beautiful ( loved the swim up bar), breakfast was amazing and the staff were wonderful. Highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom had modern tiling and was clean.. The pool was nice and relaxing with the bar in the pool. Great to have a fridge and kettle with tea/ coffee. Plenty of little shops nearby to get some milk. Down a lane made it quiet but the driver completely missed it and we walked up. Although vehicles can get down the lane with no problems. Enjoyed the Pacific power points in the room.

By far, this was our best hotel of our entire trip. Yes, we had another problem once again with dirty tom cat pee stinking out our room but we were switched to a new room upstairs straight away. The swim up bar was AMAZING. A hidden gem this place, small walk down an alley and you are in the heart of Legian. Certainly not a nice place at night time, and men get treated a lot differently when walking alone than they do with a wife and child. It's a pretty dodgy location and pushy sales people. The villa itself JUST BRILLIANT. If i didn't hate Legian / Kuta so much we would stay again for sure. Swim up bar was 10+
