It’s exactly as advertised. The breakfast was amazing, staff were unbelievably caring and even installed an additional router near my room as I was working remote and needed to be on video calls often, and the current WiFi didn’t support. Again the staff, when I got sick checked in, brought me tea, and when I needed to make an emergency trip home last minute helping with drivers etc. The room is clean, the pool is amazing and the location is secluded, but close with a scooter or grab.

Hidden gem in ubud. Few rooms but very peaceful. Cool breakfast by the pool. The room is decorated with a nice French touch. The owner had amazing recommendations and arranged a scooter for us to rent that was super practical. The AC is working very well that is amazing!

Great accommodation in the heart of Ubud. The room was very clean and stylishly furnished - as was the communal dining and lounge area! All the sights can be reached quickly with a scooter. It was an extremely pleasant stay. The place is esthetic and stylish, modern and clean. You have everything you need to feel like you are in a good hotel. Pool area is also nice. Location is good, 5-10 minutes by scooter to the center of Ubud. staff speaks great English and helps with everything.

I only did not like that the AC was loud. I was lucky because at night it was not that hot so I could turn it off, but if it was a hot night probably it would disturb me, as I am a light sleeper.

I loved my room, the bathroom, cleanliness - I stayed in Bali many times in many different places and I can say even some high price hotels sometimes have smelly towels I guess due to the humidity, this is the first thing I notice so towels smelled clean. I did not have any pests and my balcony was beautiful. Area is quiet which is great. I like that there is a speaker in the room also and coffee machine. Friendly nice staff and breakfast was good too. I asked for plain yoghurt an they accommodated it too. Pool was also clean and beautiful

This lodge is a little Eden in the jungle. Everything is given to find peace. Tastefully furnished, comfortable rooms, non-soft beds that ensure a good rest. A small shop and several local restaurants are a few steps away. The staff is kind and helpful. Don't panic in the parking lot, it's not done yet. As soon as you go inside, you will find a pleasant little accommodation.

It's a small and charming hotel. As there is a small amount of rooms we almost always enjoyed the pool by ourselves. Really charming neighborhood calm and in nature but not too far from the center. The hosts were polite and really helpful: they gave us great tips and booked table at great restaurants for us in the evening.

Such a hidden gem. Close to the Main Street of Ubud but far away enough for maximum relaxation. The rooms and pool are stunning! The employees are more than helpful and speak very good English. I would 1000% recommend staying at the CIVYT hotel!

Everything was exceptional. The location might be a little confusing for the first visit, that's why several grab/gojek drivers couldn't find the location immediately.

The room was in an excellent condition, cozy and warm. It's a great place for a calm and peaceful stay. All staffs were kind and welcoming, and they were caring for my friend who fell down during the stay. The pool was clean and large enough to enjoy swimming.

Really beautiful place immersed in nature. It’s 3min away from the city center with the scooter but can’t hear anything but the sounds of nature. Gary, the owner is super nice and he made our stay just perfect. There’s a common kitchen you can use for lunch or dinner and to cut some fruit or whatever which is nice. Pool is really nice.
