When I sit on the terrace of my room (Lovina) you hear constantly noisy electrical generator. Not acceptable. Not always hot water. Only one not so clean, big towel. You have to ask yourself for replacement.

They placed the water jug on the vanity inside the toilet and it's only covered with napkin. I prefer my drinking water to be in a closed container and placed in the bedroom, not toilet. Something to be reconsidered for the management.

My 2nd time staying in The Chillhouse. Good value for the money. It has 2 pools and yoga shala. Yoga class is available on daily basis at small extra charge. There's a restaurant and coffee shop at the front area of the property, makes it convinient to get some work done in the morning.

Totally love the whole vibe of the The Chillhouse. Even though the room isn't big but it was really clean and cosy. The outdoor shower was a bonus too! Staff was also super friendly and helpful. That made the stay even more enjoyable.

I checked in a little early and they were great at holding my bags and sending to my room in my absence. On getting in that evening there were no towels in my room and the safety box didn't work so I had to cancel my early plans the next day as I tried to get this resolved.

Great value, better accommodation than I was expecting. The rooms are large and well furnished, the staff are always on hand and very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily, again something I wasn't expecting. Overall you can't complain for the cost.

In the bathroom is very short roof so during the rain it was raining until the the toilet and toilet paper. Not so comfortable if you want to take a shower but do want to wash your hair but the rain comes anyway.

The accommodation is quite basic, moreso than I expected based on the pictures and reviews. It was also a little further away than I anticipated, requiring use of Grab to go anywhere given the heat made walking difficult. There was also very little social activity which conflicts with many of the reviews - the cafe was empty most of the time which was disappointing given I was travelling alone.

It's quiet and based in a lovely green setting. The staff were lovely and the room cleaned well every day. Wifi was quite good and air conditioning worked well. Really good value for money.

to be honest the whole stay here was completely miserable. I stayed there with a friend for three nights. We had two separate single rooms. However, it turned out that one of them did not have a window, so the only option was to upgrade. Which we did for a bunch of money, even though the place was almost completely empty! we left over IDR 7,000,000 in this facility and we were treated like thieves. When we wanted to make payments, like everywhere else in the world, at checkout, we were asked to use our passports for a pizza for IDR 40,000, and at one point one of the managers was threatening my friend with a security guard! The managers were rude and unhelpful, and when I had another problem with a booked massage, one of the managers rolled her eyes at me. It’s unbelievable how horrible I felt there. I thought that it would be a vibrant place with yoga, and coworking space, but yoga was by appointment only, one on one, also we are still waiting for information on renting bikes… seriously no one did get back to us with info. nobody did know anything, the lower level employees were nicer than the managers. Horrible, horrible, horrible. We stayed there January 3-6th - was empty, pools unwelcoming, and WiFi was bad in the rooms. Oh, also there was a problem with the loundry… first time EVER, I had such an experience.

Food in the restaurant was good, very good masseuses.
