Beautiful concept. Very chill indeed. It has aged a bit since the photos were taken but this didn’t bother me. It was like staying on someone’s sprawling property. The food in the restaurant was very inexpensive and pretty good.

I guess for the price I paid (which was not a lot compared to other places) I got what it was worth it. The bed was really uncomfortable and I had only 1 pillows which ‘broke my neck’. I felt there were lots of mosquitos and bugs - maybe because the bathroom was outside. Overall it was okay for 1 night and maybe the room I booked was not the best, compared to others.

Tesa and Andy were so accommodating and caring. Made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I had a single room booked which had everything I needed.

The wifi coverage in the room could be much better. It was quite patchy and I had to go outside a few times just to take my calls or send emails.

The staff were really friendly and attentive, the bed comfortable and the mosquito nets do help a lot. The cafe area has good food and coffee. It's a super peaceful area away from the main road, and you mostly just hear sounds of nature, which can be really relaxing.

The decor needs to be upgraded. This place has amazing potential.

The location was quiet and peaceful. It was lovely to be away from the noise and traffic whilst being within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The staff were very attentive to anything that we needed. The hotel also offered great facilities with the cafe and two swimming pools.

The terrace roof was leaking when heavy rain. Can see that the place haven't been well maintained and might need some renovation. But for as it was okey.

The Family room with two bedrooms and terrace was perfect for us. Nice and quite place to chill. Easy to ride to places all over Canggu.

If I had to be picky the bed could be a tad comfy.

This is our second time at chillhouse and we just love it! The wifi is great, 2 pools which are both clean. The room was clean. Location was perfect, short walk to Canggu strip. Super quiet! We where able to hire a scooter from reception too!

The rooms do not look like the marketing ads. There was no gym. The marketing says there’s a gym.

wifi signal didn't reach the room

The Wi-Fi signal didn't reach the room and the hotel provided us a router but it didn't work. The room is alright, and breakfast is fine.

The bathroom was cute but not comfortable. The water heater is not working very well. Wifi is terrible. The other staff were great but the one that checked us in could improve his attitude and communication skills. Our check in was also very slow, waited half an hour in the cafe where they did not turn the fan on despite the heat. The way to the room was a cobbled stone path with no shade, if it rains would be extremely inconvenient.

Location is fabulous, super easy to get a grab. Staff were mostly friendly and accommodating. The bed is comfortable and clean.

It was lovely! Just a little further than I thought from the beach and quiet. I thought there would be more sociable travellers.

The staff were very Friendly and helpful. It was clean, quaint, quirk and very peaceful. The staff were very efficient in booking me a massage with them after I had asked 🙏🏼.

Lovely room with a very cute vibe. Staff were very friendly. It was nice to be out of the hassle and Bussel. Close to big super market and short walk to great cafes and restaurants. I stayed 3 nights here.

Little bit out of the way. Quite a distance from the beach, and there were only a couple of good restaurants nearby.

It’s too dated. The staff was nice but not trained properly. If you stay in the villa and face any issues, you have to go in person to talk to the office which is three minute walk. They barely reply to your text. The pool is huge but there were some white floating particles. I asked to clean it. A staff came but just left the same without telling me anything. I would have used two other pools in the property but they didn’t inform me which was so frustrating.

The BTS villa was huge for two people. It can accommodate more than ten ppl. It’s cozy and well decorated.

Breakfast included is not so good, better to order in the restaurant for not much more. Everything looks a little bit older. I would wish for a better common room area with nice options to relax and lay down, so people come together. Maybe more programme options than 1 yoga class that has to be prebooked and is only available in the morning.

Bathroom, option for single bedroom. Staff was lovely.
