There were some small issues with bathrooms not having exhausts and sliding doors having some issues closing. Furthermore, there were some issues with the lights either not working or not attached to the ceiling properly. But nothing major.

Villas were cleaned daily and to a good standard. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was great. Our driver Restu did an amazing job showing us around and was outstanding at his job with great communication skills.

We highly recommend to stay at Desa Swan! This accommodation is absolutely amazing! It was our anniversary and they beautifully decorated the bed for us! The staff are lovely and are there to cater for your every need. This exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wasn’t exactly as sold on room description but we could cope with that as everything else was so good. Very close to a busy road so not easy to walk to places and explore.

Staff were brilliant- just could do enough. Room make up and turn down was excellent. Restaurant staff were so welcoming and attentive.

We chose a first floor apartment/suite with balcony and pool shared with just 6 or 7 other rooms. It was beautifully maintained with fabulous gardens and just a short walk to their restaurant on the beach (or you can ask the hotel for a buggy ride). They also offer a driver to run guests around to very local places of interest (like Sababay winery). Along the beach you can walk to some other bars and restaurants so there are options. Very spacious and well designed apartment and wide choice of food and drinks at the restaurant.

Some steps in apartments were a little dangerous and chance of stubbing your toes or tripping. Need light strips there or something perhaps.

Clean, well appointed, safe, beautiful, staff friendly and accommodating. Spa was great had massages the welcome ones was just what we needed after our flight etc.

The stairs can be quite slippery and we decided not to wear shoes when we using stairs. Some grab/gojek drivers have difficulties to locate the premises as it is on the beach side from the onw say main road. Can say a bit remote to popular tourist spots... but nothing really related to the resort.

Everything was perfect! The vila we stayed is 2 stories building and no lift, so if you preferred no stairs for your stay, you should talk to them first. Has spacious living room with water filtration/purifiers so you have unlimited access to both got and cold drinkable water. (And they fill bottles of mineral water for free every now and then) Beds and sofa were extremely comfortable. Bathroom is spacious s well and well structured makeup space was adjacent to it. On our second day, they tried to make up the vila twice a day, which no one can complain. The pool is abolutely beautiful and usable anytime while our stay. This is not really kids-friendly and you should be cautious all the time even if you are an adult because there is no fence/ladder to the pool. We are decent human beings and the pool is quite shallow, so it is not an issue for us but definitely for someone very young or with difficulty. On the second day, the housekeeping staff accidently locked the main gate of the vila so we couldn't use it afterwards. We asked to open it up or provide with the key but somehow they didn't work it out. We just used the door at the car entrance to the villa which was convenient for us.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spacious villa, impeccable cleanliness, and attentive 24/7 customer service. The restaurant's traditional Balinese dishes were delicious, and the black sand beach was stunning. We felt secure and our families were well taken care of. The in-house SPA services were rejuvenating, and the tour packages were fantastic. The staff, facilities, food, and experiences were all phenomenal. We can't wait to return!

Lovely villas with central pools and great spot for family vacation! The staff were amazing and so accommodating - and the restaurant on site by the beach was incredible with amazing staff and different events on each event for entertainment. Great location, quiet spot and lovely spa attached The villa pools are perfect to relax and rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. A very good breakfast buffet and great coffee, opens at 08:00 so an early surf is a must Staff are lovely and very helpful

Stunning villas! Each villa has their own pool, AC in every room, stocked fridge. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. You can WhatsApp them for supplies, etc. They provide shuttle to give you a ride to the nearby restaurants and beaches. Best experience!!

They do have some whacky showers, but it's doable.

The staff went above and beyond, they helped us organize taxis, scooters, medicine, laundry, whatever we needed they were able to help through a simple whatsapp conversation. The Villas were a home away from home, a little compound just a short walk from the beach. AC was cold and WIFI was fast.
