The breakfast wasn't great with very little continental options. The pillows were very flat and not comfortable to sleep on. The hotel claims to have a cafe that's open from 10am but we tried to visit twice and there was no one there both times

The room was nice with a good shower. It has a nice pool area on the roof. Staff were friendly. It's a good hotel for a stay before heading to Mount Bromo. It's easy to get food delivered

The swimming looks inviting. Sadly, we checked in beyond its open hours, hence zI wasn't,t able to use that facility.

Impressed with multi-tasking of staff from reception to food service, always polite & helpful. Food at hotel restaurant are delish and so was the packed breakfast.

Cold drinking water only available to buy from a machine that doesn't accept card, but not a big deal as can get room temp water from the reception staff for cash and put it in the fridge in your room. Lighting in bathroom was quite dim.

Nice hotel in the city, great base to explore from and easy to get a grab. Also not far from the train station. The room was pleasant and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The view from our room was a brick wall of the adjacent building. We kept the curtains closed.

We had a great stay. Friendly staff. The lobby is colourful! Good sized room with a powerful shower. Beautiful rooftop swimming pool with incredible views. Breakfast included a wide variety of options and dishes. Good value for money.

Our room smelled like toilet.

Great view from the rooms and the rooftop on the city! The staff was very nice and helpful. We stored our luggage there for half the day and had to wait for our shuttle bus for a few hours after check-out and that was no problem at all. The food in the restaurant was also nice and they adjusted everything to our rather special wishes.

From the moment we arrived the staff have been exceptional .Welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. The reception area is spacious and cool with a large breakfast area, which has wonderful reviews . There is a great rooftop pool and restaurant/ Cafe (air cond) with 360' views over the city . There is also outdoor tables and chairs on different levels, outside the air conditioned rooftop restaurant . Our room was wonderful , spacious and flooded with light . Super comfy bed and very functional bathroom + plenty of storage for your belongings . Our room was spotless, and kept that way for our long stay, by our very friendly and thorough housekeeping staff. The position on the river was very convenient, as we could walk to the massive Tanjungan Mall and the Old Town to see Dutch buildings, the Riverside has pretty little gardens nearby to walk in as well ...all very convenient . We also booked a "Bromo Tour" thru the hotel with our guide driver Abu, and we enjoyed it immensely . A very long night into day tour, but great guide and the very safe Jeep driver up to Volcanoes . Highly recommend this lovely hotel in a great position with wonderful staff .
