I stayed in 1 bedroom villa with private pool, the villa was so clean, the pool was 100% private as promised. I needed something from the pharmacy late at night and the amazing staff were so helpful they helped me find the item and order it. Thank you for making my honeymoon special .

I don't have anything negative to say about our time here.

The location is amazing. You can see the ocean from your room, and it's just a short walk to many different restaurants. The room was wonderful, and the staff was great. We had free breakfast, and it was wonderful as well. We enjoyed every moment of our time here, and I even asked my wife if she was interested in staying two more days at this property when we were leaving Bali. I already want to go back!

The breakfast prepared by the resort was delicious but very pricey and had to be ordered the night before. Plenty of options for breakfast nearby and we’d recommend Betty’s Bakes which is a 5 min cycle away which does excellent croissants 😋

We travelled with our son, daughter-in-law and our two grandchildren aged seven months and two years old. The two bed villa was perfect for us as we had plenty of space, options to make food or order in as well as plenty of really good restaurants within easy reach. The pool was gorgeous with views over the beach. We all loved the bikes provided by the resort, two of which came with child seats suitable for both the 7 month old and two year old. This gave us freedom to go out and about for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff were attentive, polite and sorted any issues straight away. We loved the turn down service and the villa was spotless!!

There could have been more breakfast options.

Everything about the stay was perfect! The stay is not far from the airport, it is right at the beach. The villa is dreamy ; The staff is very cooperative. I would highly recommend it!

We stayed in the one bedroom villa. The staff is very polite and helpful, all smiles. You can communicate through what's app and enjoy your privacy. Everything at the villa was brand new, nice design. Lot of space, kitchen area with a regular size fridge. The pool was great! You could see the sea over the back wall. The villas are located right behind the beach promenade, easy to go for a walk or bike ride. Unfortunately did not find any good food on the promenade. All places serve 3-5 different cousines, so nothing comes out well. The food at the hotel was pretty good. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The team is extremely friendly and courteous. The villas are as advertised in the picture and are equipped with high end equipment and appliance and overall there is great attention to detail and quality of everything in the villas. The location is also great as it is right next to the public beach and about 30 minutes from the airport. There are four different breakfast menus to try, ranging from American to Balinese, we tried all of them and all were great. The team also arranged guided tours for us in Bali while we were there, we would like to especially thank Mira for her great recommendations where to go and

There wasn’t anything negative to report, everything was perfect.

The Sumitra Luxury Villas takes luxury to the next level, we stayed in a private villa for 2 weeks over the new year/January period, from the airport pickup through to the welcome on the day of arrival, the service offered by the team was warm and very welcoming. We were shown to the villa and given a tour and explanation of the facilities which was very helpful, taxi’s were arranged at our request, private island tours were available and staff were extremely knowledgeable when being asked about the best shopping, attractions, local services etc. During our stay we enjoyed walking straight out the door to the private pool with food and beverages delivered to our villa upon request (nothing was too much trouble). Meals were also available at the on-site restaurant or delivered via a food delivery hatch at the villa, if you don’t feel like being disturbed. We enjoyed having breakfast on the deck overlooking the private pool and beach, delivered each morning by a smiling, happy host wishing us a good morning. The villas were absolutely perfect but it was the team of hosts which sets this resort apart from anywhere else we have stayed before, they were the most kindhearted, genuine and accommodating team we have ever come across. We will be back.

Absolutely everything was out of this world…the room, the pool, the location, the food, all complete 5* luxury, staff were amazing, they even decorated our room for my partners birthday.. They’ve made our Bali experience something we’ll never forget.. thank you all so very much. I hope we can return one day, so very blessed to have been here

We were received by Indra at the airport and he drove us back to the resort, he was very helpful and explained a lot to us on the way. At the resort we were received by Puteri and she was wonderful and an amazing host. The villas were amazing and the stay was wonderful. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful and they were amazingly hospitable.

The restaurant food was average but you are in a great location to walk along the sea to find other places to eat.

The bathtub would not fill up with water as the bathtub plug seal was not working properly. Also during one of the nights that we stayed there, it was raining heavily and we couldn't go out so we had to order in - not enough vegetarian / vegan options in their menu.

The staff were friendly and attentive, there's a free bicycle for you to use, the room was EXACTLY like how it was pictured on the site, love the private swimming pool and the property is walking distance to a public beach.

Wow... from the moment we arrived... just wow :). This villa is stunning and the staff are next level. Communication no issue whatsoever, always smiling, always ready to help, nothing too much trouble. Their only concern was that we were going to enjoy our stay. We had a security guard rush over to help us lift a bike up some stairs and when walking to reception a gardener rush over to offer to carry our bag. Everyone was amazing and ready to do anything for you - even if not in their own "job description". I love that, regardless of job title it appears the number one task is simply to ensure all guests are happy - such great team work. On arrival we were greated by the very professional and delightful reception team. We we given a welcome drink and refreshing towel and then taken by golf cart to our gorgous villa. The villa has absolutely everything you could want and more. The furniture and finishes are simply beautiful and the bed so comfy. We opted to have our breakfast served in our villa each morning. The selection and food was incredible - compliments to the chef! And whoever was making those mojitos we were ordering in the afternoon... wow you can make me a drink anyday :) Bikes are available at reception and were so useful to get around if you did want to leave your piece of paradise and stretch your legs. Thank you for a wonderful stay and Sumitra make sure you look after those staff - they are your biggest asset.
